Absolutely terrible experience. none of the workers seemed to look like they wanted to be there. order was completely messed up, got no receipt and had to go back up and rebuy some items I already paid for.

Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to come up and take our order. Finally placed our order and it took another 8 to get our food. Was given no napkins or forks.

I ordered online 10 minutes before arrival. I wasn’t acknowledged until 5 minutes after standing at the pick up area. There were several people who came in and ordered and received their orders before I did. What is the point of ordering ahead of time online if I’m waiting longer than people walking in to order? I finally got my order 25 minutes after I placed it and 15 minutes after walking in to pick up!! Do better Dunkin!!

I saw a girl in the bag, getting the hashbrowns with her bare hands and eating them. Disgusting, no gloves or anything

Save your money and go to a different location. Their iced coffee and blended drinks taste horrible. They never put the flavor in you ask, use too little ice, dont blend them properly. It's always a disappointing experience every time I come here. Today was my final attempt, it's not worth it to keep trying this insanity.

Didn’t like the service is the first time I order here. I ordered a hot coffee with a cream cheese bagel and and the lady with red hair didn’t gave me no sugar no napkins, and they didn't spread the cream cheese on the bagel so I had a big ball in top of my bagels. Another thing is that when I was in car service they were all staring at me laughing and talking about me. That’s not profesional if you don’t like to give a good customer service quit your job. There was no cars in the line, I was the only one and they were acting like that.
I just left and they treated my order with sincerity, swiftness and urgency. It was a pleasant experience.

I always try to avoid this Dunkin’ and drive to the next closest one. Always rude customer service or they are out of something.

The frozen drinks are never blended completely. The ice chunks are so big you can't even suck out the straw and what you do get...is just crushed ice. After a few times, I brought it up to the cashier and she stated it was the blender. No fix. No effort to make it right. Food is cold or burt, or missing. I won't waste my money at this location ever again.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take the time to write one because of the amazing service I’ve received from Melissa at this Dunkin’ location. Every single visit, they stand out as someone who truly cares about the customer experience. In a world where most people just go through the motions at work, it’s refreshing to meet someone who consistently goes above and beyond.
From the moment I walk in, Melissa greets me with a smile and a positive attitude. Even if the store is busy or the line is long, they never lose their cool. Instead, they keep things moving quickly while still making each person feel noticed. That kind of balance—between speed and friendliness—is rare, and it makes all the difference in how the store feels.
What I appreciate the most is how they always get the details right. My order comes out perfect every single time, whether it’s a simple coffee or something a little more complicated. They double-check to make sure everything is correct, which shows that they take pride in what they do. It’s not just about handing out food and drinks—it’s about making sure customers leave happy.
Another thing that really stands out is how they handle stressful situations. I’ve seen Melissa manage big morning rushes, tricky orders, and even impatient customers with patience and professionalism. Instead of letting stress show, they keep a calm and upbeat energy that rubs off on the whole store. That makes waiting in line feel less frustrating and turns the store into a welcoming place.
Beyond just doing the job well, it’s the personal touch that makes Melissa special. They remember regulars, they crack jokes, they’ll ask how your day is going—it’s those little things that build a connection. I leave not only with my coffee and food but also with a better mood because of their kindness. It sounds simple, but it really matters.
Overall, Dunkin’ is lucky to have Melissa on their team. They represent everything good about customer service: friendly, efficient, dependable, and genuinely caring. If every worker had the same attitude, every visit would feel this enjoyable. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location because of them, and I think they deserve recognition for the great job they do

I went to the drive through. The cashier girl, who handles money, was so rude and I saw how she took my item with her bare hands and put it in the tray. When I asked her doe napkins she screamed at me to wait and she was doing nothing. Really bad customer service.
