This dunkin donuts, well more specifically their kind and friendly employee Frank, turned my stressful day around. The store is clean and nice, donuts fresh, drinks perfect, but it is truly the people behind the counter/window that will make this the place I stop for donuts for my family from now on. Employees are very rude at this location. The girl that is usually always there on Fridays is not friendly at all. They consistently get your order wrong. When you have a mobile order and pay online they still try to charge you at the window. I would recommend driving to another location that appreciates your business or even going to Starbucks. When you tell them about the issues, there is no apology, they blame the customer.

Horrible!!! This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts location I've ever visited. I try never to go into this store but it was on my way so I stopped off for a cup of coffee and even that turned into an awful experience. The manager was on one and wanted to prove a point but lost several customers along the way. I placed the order online, I arrived and waited. Eventually an employee saw me waiting and asked if I was waiting for something. She said she has no ticket, while two other girls go back & forth whether the printer was working or not. Finally I showed her the receipt on my phone and gave her a description of my order. I asked if a manager was around, well that was the worst mistake bc he came out with a chip on his shoulder. At that point I no longer wanted to speak to him bc of his demeanor so I told him that the young lady saw my receipt and is making the coffee. He replies with okay but I still want to see the receipt. Now, I felt offended bc I had just shown my receipt to the lady at the checkout area. He proceeds with you know what now you aren't getting your coffee. At that point I didn't want to argue back and forth so I sat and call customer support. Frank continued to leave his area and went over to the table and asked me to leave. I contacted customer service and they told me that they have received several complaints about this store and their interactions with customers. Beware save yourself some time, money and aggravation by avoiding this place. I would rather drive to Cobb pkwy or Ridenour.

Every time a go here the kids have a snarky attitude, my order is constantly wrong, the donuts are always stale and they really got me good this morning with my coffee. I order a large and they only filled it 2/3 of the way up. I thought it felt light and then I opened it at my desk to see this…super frustrating.

This location is so incredibly cheap and has such poor service. They charge for water cups, empty cups and pup cups which to me is insane, given every other location I have been to does not. Their food is so inconsistent. Half the time I receive a half portion of whatever I order and the other half they burn my bagels and hashbrowns after I pay 3-5$ for them. I don’t know what the staff has going on but they used to have the kindest girl up front and now everyone is rude and doesn’t give you the time of day. I’m not really one to write a review but I’m honestly so disappointed and will definitely avoid this location and go to the Chastain one instead of just go to Starbucks at this point. At least they are kind and the food is around the same price anyways at this point.

The food is terrible. The service is terrible. Nothing like ordering breakfast and then being served by someone who could really care less. The food OMG I wouldn't give it to my dog.
I placed an app order for 25 assorted munchkins. Also a iced coffee with mocha. Out of the 25 munchkins 13 were chocolate and hot. The only good ones were glazed. My coffee has no mocha flavor to it. I definitely will not be back at the Dunkin’ Donuts.

Terrible service-the employees seemed irritated to have a customer because they have to interrupt being on their phones. Won’t go back to this location after today and wouldn’t recommend to others. If you hire kids with no work ethic, don’t plan on staying in business.

Apparently the bacon just comes soggy and undercooked according to staff. Then they start screaming to each other, lying about what I had said when I handed my food back. If that’s “just how it is” you probably need corporate or a secret shopper to stop in and see what’s going on. I know Dunkin’ serves cooked bacon and then publicly lying about me is disrespectful. Drive thru worker @ 10:45 pm Sunday, September 17th, 2023. I’ve had several disappointing visits at this specific Dunkin’.

We’ve repeatedly had poor experience at this location. The quality of the food and drink is never quite right or the same as other DD and today was completely unacceptable. My husband pulled the bagel out for our son and it was completely burnt and almost no cream cheese..We would have gladly waited if we were told “I’m sorry, your bagel got burnt please let us make you a new one”… but they said nothing and let us unknowingly drive away with this food that none of us can eat.Whether it’s poor staff, poor management, or DD not providing proper equipment… whatever the issue it should be resolved by DD at this location because this was a very upsetting experience.
