Went here to pick up an order and NOBODY was there! NOBODY! And they WERE open because I triple checked. I looked around the building, their bathroom, etc. NOTHING! Waited over 20 minutes and never saw a soul. While I was there in the “restaurant” if you would even call it that, it’s more like a trap house with a kitchen. But anyways, while I was there UNSUPERVISED, I got a good look at their kitchen and I can say that it was the most disgusting kitchen I’ve ever seen and I worked at Cookout. I saw trash on the floor and counters, old shoes, and not a single glove in sight. I’m not sure how this place has 5-star reviews. It has to be friends of the owner or something because there is NO WAY any sane person walks into this place and gives a five star review. Unprofessional to leave the door open during business hours when no one is even there. BEWARE OF EATING FRESH KITCHEN AND TIFFS TREATS!
