I did an order on the app. I drove and picked up the order and drove home. The receipt that was taped on the bag was correct. The food inside was wrong. I called and spoke with Diane who told me I could drive back to the store and she would give me another sandwich. When I asked if they could have a driver bring me the corrected order, she said they carry insurance to cover that, I had to drive back to the store and she could give me a new sandwich, or I could try to cancel the order on the app and get a refund. She told me those were my options and she didn’t have time for this and hung up on me. Horrible service after they failed me.

The bagels are good for what they are: corporate/chain high volume places. It obviously itsn't as good as a local/ NY style bagel but it hits the spot and is better than Panera. Jalapeno salsa is amazing and I love it.

Disappointed to find out they only carry a limited selection of Einstein bagel flavors so don't expect what you would find at the larger locations.

Getting my car worked on and decided to try this location. Very small with limited bagel selection compared to other EBBs. No tables there or wireless connections.

The Nova Lox looked good, so I ordered one and walked back to the dealership. Opened my bagel and there were no red onions on it at all. Not a lot of capers on it either. The worst part is that I tipped them, which I HATE doing at a ANY restaurant where they really don’t serve you.

Lesson learned. Don’t tip and make sure you check your order. You just assume that when the description on the menu says it has onions, you’d get them.

Come on, Einstein. You should be better than this.

Ordered a Nova Lox toasted and I believe their toasters are broken because my bagel is not toasted. My last two visits I asked for my nova lox to be toasted and the older lady with black hair that made it had such a nasty attitude about remaking it. The remake was so poorly made I just asked for a refund. The second time they didn’t toast it and I asked to have it remade and once again it wasn’t toasted. I’ve had this same sandwich at this location before so I don’t understand why it’s so hard make it correctly. Plus they forgot my blueberry muffin. Nice manager

Update! I decided to give them one more try because I am literally addicted to the nova lox. I want to send a huge thank you to Ava and Gabby for their service! I explained my experience and they went above and beyond to make my visit a positive one. They were both there that day when the older lady was acting crazy and no one should have to deal with that while at work. It may seem like nothing to some but kindness goes a long way in today’s world and it is greatly appreciated.

I’m extremely frustrated with this location. While the person who took my order was pleasant and friendly, my order was completely wrong, despite her putting it into the system correctly. The staff making the food obviously does not pay attention, as this is the 2nd time (in 3 visits) my order was wrong. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel & was subsequently charged for that. By the time I arrived at work, I discovered I received a plain bagel. When trying to call the location I was met with an automated system that kept repeating itself instead of getting me to a person at the location, despite me selecting the option to do so repeatedly. Therefore, making it impossible for me to obtain proper assistance and for them to correct their mistake. Now I must go back to the location in person to resolve the issue. It is ridiculous to me that you cannot obtain human assistance & are forced to deal with an automated response system that does not work. It is also insane that people making the food do not pay attention to what is written on the screen in front of them. Do better!!

This place takes a long time to give you your order. The people seem like they're sleepwalking. They work very slowly. There are a lot of angry people.

I called to speak to a manager to actually give a compliment but someone named Ava answered and when i asked to speak with a manager she cursed and then hung up then blocked my number totally unacceptable I didn’t even want anything bad related but she wouldn’t have known because she hung up!!!!!!!!
