Such an awesome experience getting to have a very tasty meal and watch the runway. Seeing all the preparations take place before and after a runway was neat also.

To start, great views. You’ll definitely see some planes land and take off, which will be fun.
We went for brunch around noon on a Sunday. Service was very slow; it took about 15 minutes to get a drink, 35 to get appetizers. When we finally did get the appetizer, we had to flag someone for plates. The tables were also dusty.
The food was okay, not great. The omelettes are open faced and crispy. The other meals were better but that was definitely the worst part.

I went for dinner and they don't appear to accommodate allergies. I have an onion allergy and asked if the Brussel sprouts could come without onions in them. The waitress let me know they couldn't and that also let me know they aren't made fresh when I order.
I ordered the chicken and it just got drier the more I got into it. I went for the broccoli and cheddar as a side. I can say it was rather tasteless. I actually sent 2/3 of it back and no one asked if something was wrong.

I would have given this 5 stars however all the drinks (mimosas and martinis) were not well-liked by all the ladies in our party of 11. But the Cajun chicken pasta was delicious. And the server did a great job.

Went here for our anniversary. This is the second time we visited this establishment. On both of our trips here, we found the restaurant to be almost empty of diners. I ordered the rack of lamb with the asparagus and carrots. The lamb was good. The vegetables were bland. My wife ordered the salmon. I also ordered a salad wedge. It came with very little dressing. Had to ask for an additional side in order to make it flavorful. She enjoyed it. Because they were half-price, we each ordered a martini. The glasses in which they were served appeared to have a film on them. Otherwise, the martinis were fine. We both ordered the bread pudding for dessert. It was not as moist as I'd a liked it to be.
Overall the food was ok. The prices were high for this type of restaurant and the overall quality and presentation of the food. There was nothing remarkably good about the quality of the food served or the presentation. The atmosphere is pleasurable. Its nice watching the planes come and go. I think the restaurant would attract more business if they lowered menu prices by about 30%. No complaints about the service.

The restaurant is in a pretty neat place where you can watch planes/jets take off and land. Nice big windows. However, the food is pretty mediocre, especially for the prices they charge. I would not go back for their dinner menu. But I'd be willing to give them one more chance for their brunch.

Great food, service, and views.
My girlfriend and I planned to have our 7th anniversary there and I got us a reservation for 7PM! There were people in front of us and behind us with reservations, and all of us were being told there was a "bit" of a wait. We weren't seated for another HOUR and didn't get food until almost 9PM. I would understand if it had been a 15 minute wait because the table before us had lingered longer than planned (because it's a RESERVED TABLE) however, an hour long wait for a RESERVATION is unreasonable. The soul purpose of a reservation is to make sure you don't have to wait (very long) to be seated. You tell them ahead of time to help them schedule out tables. However we sat outside on a bench for an hour on our anniversary. Our Server was very nice and took care of us, however it seemed she was being stretched pretty thin due to multiple large parties she was taking care of next to us. She wasn't very attentive because she was overloaded. All of this seems to be due to poor management, NOT the outcome of a busy restaurant. Almost everyone we talked to about this establishment since our dinner there has told us not to go during the weekend because of how un-organized they are, so this isn't just a once off occurrence. The FOOD was AMAZING!!! Although it definitely wasn't worth the almost 2 hours we waited (in total) to get it. Plus the VERY loud "roller skating music" and "club music" was an atmosphere killer. I love Rick James but that wasn't the time or place.
If you'd like to eat here, make an early reservation (4-5pm) or just go on a weeknight. Not the place to have an event with your significant other.
Parking: We had to park a little ways away and walk, but it wasn't too far.

First the positives -we enjoyed great food, appetizers, steaks, lamb, good veggies. We had friendly attentive service, good pace and flow, not rushed but we also had to be patient at times. Part of not rushing.
Pleasantly surprised at weekend dress code. I am OK with no flip flops.
All that is plus plus and dinner seating area feels like a dim dark warehouse. Bar not as obvious. There is minimalist and then there is less than that. This is less than minimalist for style decor feel.
Yes, the airport runway tarmac is the view the entertainment vista, but the interior needs a little something. Yes it has to be darker than outdoors for visibility but there has to be a way to spruce up the interior vibe with dim lighting.

I was looking forward to trying Elevation based on all the glowing reviews, but my experience was completely and utterly abysmal. I'd even go as far as saying it was one of the absolute worst restaurants I've eaten at in recent memory.
I had a 6;30 dinner reservation and showed up right on time. I was informed that there was a large party upstairs and there would be a wait for a table despite the reservation, so I was asked to wait at the bar. Ok, no big deal.
Including myself, there were three people at the bar, yet the bartender absolutely refused to look up to acknowledge my presence. After patiently waiting about ten minutes, I asked for a drink and got it a few minutes later. After waiting at the bar for 35 minutes for my table, I gave up on the prospect of getting one and just asked the bartender if I could eat there. I received a blank stare and a "yeah". I was eventually handed a menu but it was painfully obvious this bartender did NOT want me there.
At this point, I was considering leaving, but I soldiered on and ordered the hanger steak (medium rare) and garlic mashed potatoes. it came out maybe 25 minutes later and to my disappointment, the steak was extremely rare in the middle and cool, so definitely undercooked. I didn't want any additional interaction with the bartender so I ate it regardless and it was "meh" at best. The mashed potatoes were decent, but far from anything special. I asked for a second drink and that took two tries over a 15 minute time span. Never once was I asked if everything was ok or if I needed anything else.
Anyhow, as I sat there and ate, I glanced around and noticed that staff appeared frustrated and overworked and overall it was evident that the last thing they wanted to do was be there working. Really just sort of bizarre as this place is supposed to be upscale but it was anything but. I've had infinitely better dining experiences at run-of-the mill chain restaurants.
That said, for the prices you're gonna pay here, I'd strongly encourage you to dine elsewhere. The staff has zero desire to give you a pleasant experience and the food was improperly cooked and mediocre at best.
Elevation has some serious elevating left to do. Steer clear!

It's been a bit since I came here, because the last time I came I wasn't impressed. Tried again and was so hopeful - but left flustered and I'm still bummed about tonight's visit.
My husband and I had a reservation for 5pm (figured an early dinner on a Saturday would help us beat crowds). We showed up and the place was almost empty. That probably should have been a tip off, in hindsight.
We were seated at one of the only tables that weren't parallel to the window, so I had my back to the view. (Most other tables, empty, were placed so that everyone in the party could enjoy the view). I didn't want to argue because I figured there was a method to the seating. (By the time we had left, the downstairs had only added two other small parties. Plenty of places for us to have been seated so we could have both enjoyed the view).
The tables and chairs are horribly mismatched, with torn upholstery on those seats with cushions. The wall behind my husband was dirty. My husband changed out his chair twice with nearby empty tables because both chairs were broken.
Yacht rock at full blast. ? Servers yelling at each other on the stairs as they got ready for a private party.
Artichoke dip was just okay. Cold in places and seemed kind of pre-fab. Tasted kind of bland, but after a busy day, we were starving and covered it up with the salsa it was served with.
My husband said his shrimp and fries were all right.
My filet (I ordered medium) came out rare and had to be sent back. (I haven't sent back food in years - I waited tables and hate to impose, but this was not edible to me - raw in the middle). I had asked for the brussel sprouts extra crispy. I held back that dish so I could eat that while my steak was redone.
The brussels were chewy and slimy, but I didn't notice until after I had sent the steak back, so at that point, I just opted not to eat them.
Our server was generally pleasant and kept drinks refilled, but overall, I'm really disappointed in the experience and I'm not sure I'll be back.

Even with a reservation, we did not get seated. Bar service was awesome. Not returning due to lack of care of not upholding a reservation (we waited 2 hours). Not worth the trip nor cost.

The actual service was wonderful. As was the food. The problem was that we booked a party of 16 2 weeks in advance and specifically told them it was a birthday party for a 79 year old and we had 8 members of our party who had walkers/cane's etc. Arrived at the restaurant and the table was upstairs. Long, steep staircase and no elevator. Ended up waiting over an hour for a table on the bottom floor and got flimsy excuses from management.
