Elevations never disappoints! Lovely Sunday Brunch menu (in addition to their regular one) with discounted brunch adult beverages (Mimosa's and Bloody Mary's) for those who enjoy a toddy with their meal. The food was a bit slow to come out but our server kept us informed; the kitchen was slammed with concurrent big-party orders (one of which was ours). Will definitely go back.
We had requested on our reservation for a table upstairs at window but when we got there we're told it would take about least 30 minutes before one was available. We were able to be seated at a window table downstairs. It took an hour from when we ordered our food till it came out which seemed a little excessive. Food was delicious though.
I visited this restaurant for my Father's birthday and left disappointed due to the poor communication, service, and empathy. We sat down for at least 10-15 before i went to the hostess and asked who our server was because we were sat in between three tables being actively served by Gretchen. However Gretchen completely ignored us. We addressed this with the manager, he had an extremely dismissive look and could care less about what our complaint was. He ended up explaining that we were ignored for 10-15 minutes because the table we were sat at (although in Gretchen's sections, imagine a triangle and each corner of the triangle is a table, we were sat directly in the middle of that triangle) belonged to another server. Which honestly doesnt make much sense for the server to not know it was her table because we arrived at 7:30 and the resturant opens around 5 and most servers memorize their section before they actually step on the floor. All in all the food was decent and the service was terrible and management could care less about patrons being ignored for 10-15 minutes.
Waited a bit even though we had a reservation - staff took others first who walked in behind us for some reason - food was average - was told there was no salt when asked for a shaker ????? Felt rushed
I have been coming to Elevation Chophouse for close to 20 years. And I was finally able to bring my daughter and she is now hooked. Thank you.
The Saturday brunch did not disappoint! Our daughter and 6 year old grandson were visiting from Minneapolis and thought the venue very cool. The benedicts and mimosas were eggceptional!
It was my husband's first time at Elevation and he enjoyed everything, from the appetizer (fried mozzarella) to his favorite, bacon cheeseburger to the double chocolate brownie!!! Being on the runway and viewing the late night flights land was a great watch.
We had the absolute best experience dining here! Our waitress, Abby, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. The filet was hands down the best I've ever had, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The ambience was warm and inviting, which made it the perfect setting for a special birthday meal. Abby truly went above and beyond to make the night memorable. Highly recommend!
Came here for a birthday party. The kids really enjoyed seeing the plains. They even got to go out on the runway and talk to a military helicopter pilot. Which made their night. Now to my constructive review. We had kids at the table and they received there food last so maybe place the kids food first separate, if with a large group. The food was good but nothing blew me out of the water like I'll be craving it for weeks to come. Lastly it was freezing in the restaurant upstairs. Most of us went to our cars for jackets. Overall it was good and a cool experience but I probably won't be a frequent visitor.

Great atmosphere, with stellar food. My only gripe is the parking situation but that is not Elevations fault as they are doing construction in that parking area and have some areas of parking closed.
It was a nice view but the food lacked season this night!

The Steak and chicken tacos were super tasty! Although, I favored the steak vs. the chicken.

We brought my dad here for his 80th birthday. He is a retired fighter pilot and also had his own plane years ago. I was so excited to bring him here. We were disappointed that they were doing work on the runway so no planes could come or go. That is no fault of the restaurant. What shocked us was the atmosphere. We expected a more classy restaurant. It needs some TLC. The restaurant, at least upstairs, was very old and dated. The worst part of our dinner was that we requested a window seat. Well we had to move tables and our problem still was not fixed. The ventilation pipe for the AC was dripping so much water. The first table we were all getting wet. The second table I sat where it was dripping. My hair was actually wet from being dripped on so much. We had a $400+ bill, these accommodations are not acceptable for that type of bill. The waitresses tried wiping off the pipes with a dirty mop. It didn’t work.
I can say the food was good. I had the Del monico steak, the flavor was wonderful and it was so tender. My husband had the lamb, he said it was some of the best lamb he had ever had. My dad had the brisket, unfortunately it was very dry. My mom had the seared tuna salad and it was just okay. Even though the food on the most part was great we still wouldn’t come back to get dripped on. Service was ok. Waitress was friendly, she just didn’t check on us much.

Food and service were excellent. Airports at night with all the lights are one of my favorite places.
