This place is such a gem. It's refreshing to be able to try a different style of Chinese food compared to Americanized Chinese food. I get the same thing every time. We love the beef soup in the pork belly dish. I highly recommend.

i give them a 3.5. firestone has potential to be great, but right now they aren’t quite there. the lo mein lacks flavor, i had to put so much sauce on it. if the flavor was there it would be a 5

DON'T EAT HERE! These people are dishonest people! If you don't know what real authentic chinese food taste like, keep eating at this trash place. We came and ordered a Mongolian beef for me and he got an order of Jingfen Crispy Pork Rib for himself.
When my Mongolian beef came out, I noticed it was very dark. I tasted it, and it was very salty! The server (was very good) noticed the same and took it in the back. The kitchen told him thay they will make it brand new.

It was done, the server.brought it out, and I had this funny feelings about my dish. I asked if they brought me back out the same plate, and the chef who.cooked my dish said YES! Very disappointed! I know my food and I knew they never made a new plate. They tried for the 3rd time, and this this.it was bland and had no flavor!

I ended up sharing Jingfen Crispy Pork Rib with my husband and it had a weird taste as well. The manager KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND HE NEVER CAME TO.CHECK.ON US. I HAD to ask for him. And when he came, he wasn't even shocked at all, as this is a normal thing for them
What made it even worse, the kitchen staff came from the back and gave me the dirtiest look! We both got sick that night!

Don't eat here! Their food is really more like cheap food court in the mall. TRY BIG BOSS IN ATLANTA! The food is awesome and the mana,the staffs are very welcoming!

Check your take out order thoroughly. We ordered vege fried rice and when we got home found it full of chicken-not cool. We reached out to the restaurant and got push back on their order mistake. They refused to refund the cost of their mistake.

We went on 1/3 for dinner and the service and the food was amazing. So good that we brought more family with us today 1/4. Today, it took a very long time to get service. We attempted to wave down another waiter so we could get service but got ignored while four servers were sitting at a table on their phones.
When we got service, our server Annalise acted like we were an annoyance to her. The food was great.
We were a group of 8. So the gratuity was already included in our bill. We paid cash and she asked if we were all set, my husband said we needed the change back. She never brought it back. When I asked her for my change back she got visibly upset and complained to the bartender. I asked if the gratuity was already included why didn't she give me my change back. There seemed to be a confusion but she had a horrible attitude about it. My bill included a 20% tip, and she acted like we were skimping out. The tip was fair for the experience. We hope the experience/ service gets better since we really enjoyed the food.

My fiancé and I ordered takeout from here last night and unfortunately, the food was an extreme let down. We have been to this restaurant several times in the past and have always enjoyed it, but the food that we received last night was a huge disappointment. Both of our dishes were flavorless and dry and we ended up not eating more than a few bites of each dish. Maybe it was just an off night, but it’s a shame that we had to waste money for a meal that neither one of us ate or enjoyed. This experience has unfortunately tainted my view of this establishment and it’s unlikely that we will return again.

Just left because i sat there for 10 minutes with everyone in the restaurant looking at me but no one would take my order. Horrible service!

I had my graduation dinner on there on Friday 13th of December at night before closing time but I left 2 envelopes with my name on it, one had money and the other one had an Amazon gift card of $25, also there was a visa gift card of $50. Apparently someone took it and I have called 3 times and they said they didn't find those items.
