First time eating here (recommended by a coworker) and it did not disappoint! Ordered chicken with veggies lunch to go and for the price, you get a great portion, plus soup and a spring roll! Good quality food and veggies cooked perfectly. Will 100% be coming back!

Love you guys, but our bubble pancake was disgusting last night...Twice. We told the waitress it was white and oily and undercooked (and we come here all the time), and she brought out another. It was the same. And actually way smaller than they usually are. So icky and if it were the first time I had been there, I wouldn't go back.Edit: not sure why I just got a response months later saying it was taken care of at the restaurant. It definitely wasn't and we were not satisfied with our meal, but ok.

From the moment you arrive, the restaurant buzzes with energy from all of the staff at the front which is always a good sign from a restaurant. The wait time(10-15min)may be a little bit but it is well worth it for the cuisine you are about to experience. The atmosphere is energetic but also inviting with all of the servers. Try your hand at the bang bang shrimp as a starter and you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve had the pleasure of eating in a lot of really good family owned Chinese restaurants across the country. Several in traditional centers of Chinese culture. (San Francisco, Las Vegas and Houston). And I love them all. But Fire Stone…. It’s just a notch above. And I mean that sincerely and with the highest respect to these great establishments. Everything that comes out of the kitchen here is just top flight! We have now driven the hour to eat here - twice. It’s just that good.Just try this one…. It’s really good.Service is friendly and attentive. Place is very clean. Food is wonderful. Look. These folks could serve the same menu, in a white linen table setting, and I’d dress up and make reservations to eat here. This is a gem! It has instantly become a “Greg’s Fav” recommendation.Well done!

This restaurant has several very impressive dishes. I would though caution fried rice enthusiasts.Their version of Shrimp Fried Rice is white rice soaked in soy sauce with several nickle size shrimp scattered about.. Very disappointing for a dish costing $12 - $15 .The place is great on atmosphere and decor but the exorbitant prices are not justifiable for those visiting simply for take out. They offer some unique dishes but the style does not transfer well to takeaway containers.

We love the food here. All of it is delicious. The cilantro fish rolls are always our first order. Today I tried the pork belly with chestnuts. It had a nice complex flavor. My partner has beef with three kinds of mushrooms. Always a favorite. Don't be afraid to try a new dish. It is consistently excellent at FireStone.

Ordered takeout and for $55, we were left wanting more: More quality items, more quantity of the dishes we liked, and for things to be fresh. The spring rolls were old and sadly store-bought. The chicken fried rice was well done, however. The Mongolian beef itself was good, but if you want it spicier (which is an option available on their take-out portal), they put jalapeños in, rather than something more authentic. The Dan Dan noodles seemed like an after thought. Not really warm, not enough toppings, and not a lot of sauce/oil. In conclusion: Not awful by any means but this place needs some work for sure.Vegetarian options: There are options. You just might need to search through the menu to find what you’d like.
