We used Firefly for drop-off catering services for our microwedding in 2025. It started with a tasting at their home where the food was incredible. There were some tweaks we asked them to make which were all made by wedding day. They were also very open to making the changes we asked for from the original menu. Even if something is not listed on their online menu, they are willing to work with you to see if it's something they can do. The execution day of was slightly off...
Promising at first, troubled in the execution. Our initial experience with Firefly catering was great. Our tasting was comfortable and personable, and the food was incredible - packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Their fully custom menu can be a bit daunting at first, i.e. where do you start and what if you don’t know what you want, but they can guide you through all of that to land where you need for your event. We even had them add a Mac and Cheese bar for our guests!

Stephanie and Ryan were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. The food was delicious, and I would definitely use them again for any future needs! Every detail was handled perfectly, and they made our day feel effortless. We can’t recommend them highly enough!
