We frequent this location and I must say that every time we have a good experience but this time especially our waitress Peyton was phenomenal she had enough for thought to know that I was going to ask for a certain amenities before I even opened my mouth because she paid attention to what we were ordering and how we were ordering. The food is always phenomenal the prices are decent the service is what stands out this time!!!

I ordered biscuits and gravy with eggs and potatoes. The eggs were burnt. The gravy had sausage that was raw. I’ve been here several times and nothing has ever been good old people only go here because they don’t feel like cooking, but any young person would realize that waffle house is way better and that’s crazy because this food really sucks. The only good quality they have is that they have mimosas

In the last month I have had some of the worst experiences I have ever had in any restaurant in my life with first watch in Cobb county. I started eating at first watch several years ago on Cherokee in Kennesaw which was always very decent very friendly but it became too much of a wait to eat. And a place just became dirtier and dirtier. To the point that every glass every piece of silverware you touch was dirty. Sandy plains is always a long wait I graduated to the East Cobb location. I have been a loyal customer from Georgia to Alabama. Montgomery, every location in Birmingham. Then you guys opened Barrett parkway. Very nice location, worst customer service and servers out of every first watch I've ever been in. And all this I'm saying has been happening within the last year. First watch in Georgia every single location I have been to the service is usually great or crappy. Luck of the draw. The cleanliness of the place and all of them except for East Cobb have completely went to trash. And I'm saying that from the floor all the way to the glasses and silver where they give you. I'm so disappointed and offended, because I've been eating at a first watch in Ga or Alabama at least two or three days a week for over a year. If I walk in any one of these locations I mentioned right now they know me by face and name. So I'm saying all this to say I went to Cherokee location this morning it was the worst service everything was messed up everything was nasty and it was after the rush. The manager who explained to me that she was new and was trying to clean the place up did nothing to make my visit better. I was like just give it to me togo. It caim out like crap! So I paid for what I consumed, told them they could keep the rest. Today you guys have lost a customer, Customers because my family will never eat there again neither will my friends if I can help it. this place has really went down hill. And it hurts me because I love the concept of first watch. I used to love the atmosphere but everything has changed. It has become quantity over quality. Me being an ex chef, this is unacceptable if you plan on keeping customers, faithful customers..
. You guys are slowly running yourselves out of business by making fast money. Smh

The meal was great, service was great. I was thrown off by a dog being seated inside with another patron. Luckily I had finished my meal otherwise, I may not have finished it. I would suggest providing outdoor seating for patrons that want to bring pets so you don't lose patronage.

Very pretty place with an pretty nice menu. Disappointed to see their health score was an 88, but started out with dirty glasses and silverware so I'm not too surprised. Staff and wait staff were friendly enough but did the bare minimum. Food was decent but extremely salty in bits. Also could have come out warmer.
Overall not terrible. Pretty okay. 3.5/5 kind of feel.

They take 50 min to give us a table, but for Caucasian people only 10 minutes.the place was not busy and they have lots of empty tables. I'm Mexican. Our waitress was great. That's why 3 stars. I go a lot to John's Creek location and never have a problem.

I ordered one of their quinoa bowls. It was excellent. The flavor combinations really popped. I sat outside with a friend on the patio and had a nice visit while we ate. Friendly staff. Good service.

Dietary restrictions: It appears that their eggs are free range, but not organic. They do have quinoa on the menu for those with grain restrictions.

Parking: Large parking lot with plenty of space to accommodate customers.

This is my favorite location! I like the First Watch menu and enjoy seeing the seasonal offerings. I meet my parents for breakfast and they can always find something they like. Like every franchise restaurant, the quality varies among locations. For me, this location scores high on customer service, food quality, and atmosphere. I would literally drive past the First Watch by my house to come here. The staff here are always friendly, and they are great about checking back in to see if you need anything. The food at this location is always great and comes out in a timely manner. The restaurant is a good size and doesn't feel cramped. Surprisingly, it never gets too loud. I also like that there are plenty of outdoor spaces. Above all that, it is always clean! We are usually at this location at least once a month, and I have never had a bad experience. To me, it is well worth the drive.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with seating that turned my stomach against the restaurant. Hannah, the MOD during our visit, exhibited bias against my family. I simply asked to be seated at a bigger table as there was 7 of us. Hannah quickly blew me off when I asked for a bigger table. However, once my wife, who was the only white person in our party, arrived and said something, Hannah found us a bigger table. I approached Hannah about it and instead of apologizing and admitting wrong she defended her decision. That was enough for me that I'll likely NEVER step for in another First Watch! Thank you Hannah for running one of my favorite breakfast places to visit. I would give zero stats if I could.
