Update: after speaking with GM- I am only raising the score for the way she handled the situation she was very apologetic and I am going to be back to give them another chance.
If I could rate a zero, I would.
I came here to have lunch with my nephew before his nap time waited on the server for 20 minutes was not greeted. There was so many other staff around that saw me and my nephew and no one stopped by to say “hello. Can I get you a coffee or your server will be right over” nothing. Super disappointed in the lack of service here. The bar is set very very low for breakfast places in Kennesaw.
You guys should teach your servers To let the other staff members know when they’re going to be busy so they can let the customers know.
I was understanding and was not planning on leaving until I saw a gentleman walk in and got seated and greeted immediately.
I walked out no one stopped me.
Do better. What a poorly managed establishment.

came in at a busy lunch hour and was greeted by Lakota- the most personable, attentive, and kind server I have encountered in a very long time. I had the quinoa chicken power bowl and it was a 12/10- absolutely phenomenal dish prepared perfectly and brought out piping hot. I was offered a to go drink without asking. What the staff did not know was that I am a busy mother of 5, one child with a rare disease, coming off a very hard week with my son. I had never been to this location but I will absolutely be driving the 25 minutes from my home to come back. I left with a full stomach but a fuller heart and absolutely olan to pay forward the kindness and compassion I was met with during my lunch here
