Terrible service — Alecia is a terrible and rude manager. My order was incorrect and the “fix” was worse. Every table was dirty. Won’t be going back.

This place has a rocky start but has found its footing and then some. Burgers are always well cooked and as ordered, and fries are PERFECT. They do the thing, where they put the container of fries in the bag, then dump some more fries on top of that. Makes the bag greasy but makes up for the cost!

Jr Hamburger, Jr Cheeseburger, Regular Fries (enough for two) - $24.35 before tip.

I love Five Guys and this is one of my favorite fast food burgers. The food quality is consistently good, which is why this experience stood out to me.

When I visited at 7:37 pm on a Monday night, I was disappointed to see a young lady working completely alone. She was cooking burgers, handling online orders, taking in person customer orders, and essentially running the entire operation by herself. I want to be clear that she was professional, compliant, and even changed gloves appropriately when needed. She was doing everything right.

That said, this is a horrible way to treat employees. One person should never be left to manage an entire restaurant. If staff call out, ownership or management should step in to help. Even if there was someone in the back, this level of responsibility should not fall on one employee.

I genuinely felt bad for her. I would have lost my mind if I were put in that position. Five Guys is a great brand, but situations like this are unacceptable and unfair to the people keeping the business running

I really appreciate this crew. I stop in for lunch during the week frequently and they never disappoint. Food quality is great, I’m always kindly greeted. I’ve never had a bad experience! Thanks you guys.

I haven’t visited a Five Guys restaurant in years, decided to give this one a try . Big Mistake. The waitress/cook was most unpleasant, she didn’t engage with me about my order. Very cold and off putting, I ordered the Patty Melt and when it was ready, she made me walk to the back of the restaurant, instead of bring it to me. (I was the only customer.) when I got home I discovered both buns were burnt to a black crisp and the lettuce was placed on the bun as it was toasting on the grill, making it soggy and wilted. I threw the entire thing away. Never again. Please find some more pleasant people to work there. Also the floor was so slippery, I was afraid I would slip and fall. I won’t ever go back, and do not recommend it to anyone!!!

It’s hard to find good Customer Service nowadays. I visited the Five Guys on Barrett Pkwy, let’s just say this was my first and last time at this location. My food was not prepared as ordered, my husband went back to the counter with the receipt to inform the employee of the error. The young lady handed him the mushrooms, grilled onions and pickles (opted out shown on the receipt) inside a piece of aluminum foil instead of offering to right their wrong by “remaking” the burger!! I then went to the counter to let the young lady know I did not order pickles that’s inside with the mushrooms and grilled onions. At no point was an apology made therefore I requested a refund and it was given. I do NOT recommend this establishment.

Just want to give this location a good review. I came for lunch, my food was fast, great and the service was exceptional. They greeted everyone that came in, were working very efficiently and the place was clean. I was impressed!

Me and my husband have come to this location for dinner and skimmed us on the fries, but today 5 stars all around!

The schedule says it closes at 10:00 pm at night and right now it’s 9:24 pm and these guys told me that they won’t attend anymore! The manager has to see this

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years and after tonight will never go back. Five guys doesn’t allow you to add condiments on the side when ordering via app so typically I ask for some on the side when I pick up my order. It has NEVER been a problem until the young lady tonight with a terrible attitude and very unapproachable demeanor told me quickly no ma’am we don’t do that. I originally asked the guy who gave me my food and he had asked that young lady if they give vegetables/condiments out on the side. (Never had another employee there ask permission for items that go on burgers). I know this is a flat out lie as I’ve been going to five guys for years, who allow condiments on the side whenever asked. They weren’t busy, no one else in line, several employees working. Not sure what that ladies issue is but you may want to find a more valuable employee who isn’t going to hurt the business by turning off customers from going there.
