As you can see by the empty plates, the food was absolutely amazing and the service of Lillianna was outstanding. We will certainly be back and hope to be served by her.

We love this place! We've been eating breakfast here regularly for a while now. We've had good experiences with every server. The food is always great. I highly recommend it.

This was such a cute and unique experience. I’m visiting from Virginia and our server was Liliana and she was so sweet. She went above and beyond to make our visit so special. The aesthetic of the establishment is so CUTE too. The grits were the best grits I had. Ugh, it was such a great experience before I fly home. My cup is filled 💕

1st time, many more to follow.

My grandma and I came to The Flying Biscuit for breakfast to try it for the first time, and unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best.
We were seated right away, but it took quite a while before anyone came over to serve us, around 10 minutes or more. It wasn’t a big deal to us since we had time to chat and were waiting patiently. We had lots of time to kill. Eventually, a waitress came over on her own and kindly offered to get our drinks while we waited. Right after she left, our actual waiter came up and asked what we wanted to drink. We politely explained that another waitress had just taken our drink order.
His response, however, completely caught us off guard. He said, rather snarkily, “I know, you didn’t wait, already complained, and had someone else come over and take your order.” That was completely uncalled for. I immediately told him that she came up to us on her own — we never flagged her down or complained at all. We weren’t upset about the wait, but his attitude really changed the tone of the visit.
After that, he wasn’t very attentive. He only came by once to ask how everything was and never offered refills. It felt like he was upset from the start over a misunderstanding.
On a positive note, the food was actually really good! I had the stuffed French toast and potatoes — both were outstanding. My grandma had the breakfast plate with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a biscuit. The only issue was that the sausage wasn’t fully cooked. Normally, we would’ve mentioned it, but after our earlier interaction, we didn’t feel comfortable bringing it up to him.
I do want to recognize the sweet waitress who came to us initially — she went above and beyond, even clearing our plates and letting him know we were ready for the check. She was wonderful and deserves appreciation.
Overall, the food was delicious, but the service unfortunately brought down the experience. Hopefully, management can address this so future guests have a better experience.

Was in town visiting friends and they raved about the flying biscuit so we went and wow it was amazing. They were busy but the service was incredible and our food came out quickly and was so delicious. Wish there was a flying biscuit up north! Will be back every time I’m in town

The food was good, but the service was terrible. The server was being very rude and made a racist comment about my accent

I love this place!! The food is great, and you get a lot of it for your money! The service is always great and fast. I love the murals on the walls and I’m always trying to spot something new I haven’t seen before while I eat lol. Ansley H. was our server and she was great!

A few years ago it was absolutely delicious. Today, DISGUSTING! My stuffed french toast was dry and burnt, the cream cheese clumpy and cold, the chicken sausage dry and hard and eggs dry and over cooked. The mimosa wasn’t properly mixed. The worst meal ever for $66. We will NEVER eat here again. It was like they put everything in a microwave and served it.
