Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I’ve been coming regularly since moving to the area and the service used to be ok (granted I always sat in) but recently has just been…so bad.

delivery:
missing a burger and spilled shake all inside bag and on food because there was no proper lid

drive thru:
forgot order of chicken tenders and wrong drink

Pick up:
arrived 25 mins after placing online order
to 3 workers unable to figure out which pickup was which, then proceed to remake everything

Always love coming to this location because of how clean it is. While the drive thru is convenient, we always dine in knowing we will be greeted the moment we walk in and enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Every time Josh has taken an order he has been thoroughly fantastic. The food is good as always but I really do appreciate good customer service when I see it, especially in the drive thru.

Have driven by for a few years and finally went in. Thankful that I did. The burgers were great, steak burgers. 🍔 Thin cut fries 🍟 and final boss peanut butter fudge custard 💯👏🏼🐺

We love Freddy's, and I really like the fries and tots. The burgers are always perfect, and the service was excellent as always. I only wish that there was one farther north in Canton or Holly Springs. We would be there all the time!

Usually fine, but i tried ordering a frost for 5 minutes and asked a simple question regarding if they can scan QR codes for the app in the drive thru. What proceeded to happen was, I was told it would take 24 hours, I somehow had fries added to my order, i asked for only the frost again, they took the frost off the order and just left the fries. I dont expect it to be like this in the future but it was incredibly annoying to deal with on the way home from work.

This is probably the worse 4.44 I’ve ever spent …
