Fresh One Kitchen - Kennesaw

I love this place! I tried it a couple weeks ago and they exceeded my expectations. The manager was super nice and. Audaijah was great too! I ordered two bowls and a cold pressed juice and everything was very tasty. A fantastic experience! Can’t wait to go back!

Fresh One Kitchen is a true gem in Kennesaw! The food is not only delicious but also genuinely good for you. Every meal I’ve had here has left me completely satisfied without the heaviness you often feel after eating out. It feels great knowing I’m making a healthy choice without sacrificing flavor. The menu has plenty of variety, everything is fresh, and the portions are just right. I always leave feeling fueled, refreshed, and glad I stopped in. Love this place!

Such a great first experience for my mom and I. Was greeted as soon as we entered and the experience from start to finish was amazing. Good, good food! Great team of people and it felt really good eating the healthy, fresh items we ordered. We got both the spicy chicken wrap and the lemon pepper chicken salad bowl. We will be back!

Such an incredible place with the most upbeat people! Me and my boyfriend went to grab lunch here after class and they were the friendliest staff. Would recommend to absolutely anyone. Food is off the chain and Whole Foods! Great job guys!

Super good food. Quality ingredients. The staff lady - (I didn’t catch her name sorry) recommended the avocado ranch with the bbq chicken. Sooo good. I had the make your own bowl- romaine lettuce, sweet potato noodles, green beans, broccoli, glazed carrots, mozzarella cheese with bbq chicken. Everything was good. The noodles are strange looking but are pretty good. Thanks guys - J

The food has particles of something extremely crunchy and alarming inside of it. I bit down and felt like it damaged my tooth. I believe it may be from something in their sweet potatoes. Also, don’t appreciate that are greenwashed. they source their food from huge suppliers and hide under the guise of “healthy food”. Not glyphosate free or even usda organic.
