The Tomatoes Country Buffet

We have been eating at this buffet for quite a few years. We go at least twice a week but two weeks ago we went in there and the AC was broken and it was so hot. Our little waitress was standing up towards the front where you pay because she was standing near a fan. The restaurant was not busy whatsoever and she walked over to us before we left and told us she had just gotten fired. Her boss had texted her because he had seen her standing near a fan and said she could clock out and go home. We were kind of upset about that because she was a good waitress. We waited over a week to go back and still the AC is not fixed. The owner had some fans circulating in there, but it was still very uncomfortable. We asked to speak to the owner and he came out and talked to my husband and was pretty rude and said the AC was fixed. There was no way the AC was fixed. It was hot in there. We will never go back there again and it’s unfortunate because we really enjoyed going there, but the manager was very rude and it is uncalled for to go into a restaurant and it be that hot and unpleasant to eat.

Great variety and every thing is good.

Visited this place several times now. The place, staff, overall atmosphere is very welcoming! The food was fresh and well presented. Taste great as well. Great place for lunch and dinner. Come alone or bring your family and friends! You won't be dissapointed! 🤗😋☺️🤤😁

A large selection of delicious food. Fried chicken and Fried Green tomatoes are two of my favorites.

One of my favorites! The Fried Chicken is always crisp, hot and tender tasty. The veggies are excellent, salad bar is fresh with a nice selection of items to add to your salad. Enjoy!

Me and my husband and our daughter ate there and the food was good the only problem was the ribs was a lil tough but everything else was good

Terrible! You pay before you sit, so by the time we saw the food it was too late to change our mind. One Salad bar and one row of hot food. There was a fly in the salad bar, so we skipped. We’re desperately looking for the rest of the warm food(there isn’t any other station). We dish up and try some of the food. The sweet potato and collard greens were good, everything else was awful. We left! Waste of $29 ugh

Pathetic excuse for a buffet. One line of hot food, nothing fresh, nothing good. Bbq sauce was bright red, burned and chunky. Flies around the cold veggies and cornbread was inedible. It’s cheap for a reason, we served one plate of food and left. Will NEVER EVER be back, wish we never went in the first place.
