I would never recommend no human or animal to eat here. The food control folks need to do an inspection on this place. They have so much dust built up on walls menu fryers even the cameras have dust. Then saw a roach give birth and crawled from under the glass with her babies. I asked for a refund and they both acted like they couldn’t speak English. So I showed him the picture he proceeds to fix our food but never NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND ANYTHING HUMAN OR NOT TO EAT HERE. ALSO THE TENDERS DO NOT COME WITH SAUCE THEY CHARGE 80cent FOR SAUCE FOR TENDERS

It seems like the place is very dusty and dirty. It seems like the food should NOT be prepped in a place like this one because the conditions seemed so dirty, i would really rethink coming here to eat because it did not look clean at all.

This place definitely pays for good reviews because there’s no way they get this many. Absolutely filthy place, watched a guy drop food on the floor, pick it back up and continue prepping it. He was also wearing sandals while he did this. There’s dust and dirt on every surface. Couldn’t convince myself to eat here after watching all of this

Didn't eat the food after watching the prep. The guy in the back was wearing sandals. He dropped something and put it back on the prep table.

There was a tray of wings sitting on a 5 gallon bucket next to a fan. I don't know why it was there but it probably shouldn't be.

There are LAYERS of dust and grime on every part of the restaurant like nothing has ever been cleaned.

He had to pry the wings out of the fryer. Probably because it had layers of crap on it.

There were two of us, I paid for both orders. One order was a wrap and that was it then I told the cashier I only want a separate order of fries, but it’s on one bill and I was charged for two separate orders, not a combo. Received the order. I’m looking for my fries they’ve put it with the order that is not mine. All in one container then the cashier said oh I can separate it. I don’t want someone to re touch my food that’s already been handled. I told her that’s OK. The fries stayed with the recipient of the wrap and I went somewhere else to get my fries. Didn’t trust them. Then I had to ask for a bag and the bag they gave me had food Bits on the outside it looked like an old bag, but I didn’t notice the food bits on the bag until I took the bag over to the table in the food court. Disgusting. I decided to give them another try after a visit sometime ago when all the other restaurants were open in the food court along with this restaurant, but they had no rice ready. People had to wait for rice to cook. A few people asked for their money back I won’t be back.
And I did forget about filling pressure to tip. I always tip, but it bothered me after I placed the order. She turned around the screen that Asked me to give a tip. most people do tip, and I understand the importance of tipping, but in that moment I felt pressured it wasn’t that she asked for one or ask if I wanted to contribute. I felt like it
was a demand.

Great wraps and very good service. Gyro meat is very good.

I ordered a beef gyro and a drink a couple days ago at this Great Wraps. I received a pita bread full of toppings, barely any meat. I went back up and showed the cashier, who was really nice and apologized. The cook heated up some meat and put it on the side of my gyro. Yeah… y’all can’t be skimping so hard that you’re giving people veggie gyros instead of what they asked for. The lemonade was watery, also. Wouldn’t come back to this location.

So I go to order a chicken Philly for my mom.. I noticed he was refrying some fries that were already in the metal bowl I asked him are those old are you refrying he said no it raw.. I get home my mom try the fries they were old the chicken tasted funny as well .. I can't believe they lied and served reheated food never again.. 12 dollars down the drain..
