Amazing service
Very good
Visited mall yesterday and saw the Haagen Dazs counter, cannot say no for the Banana Split Sundae, it was so yummy, love the taste mix of banana, strawberry, chocolate sauce. Aah... Made my day!
- Employees and customer service are great.- The manager Kushal is garbage stereotypical bad manager.- Michoacana in the food court has significantly better ice cream and prices.

Asked for cones charged me for cups and extra waffle cone prices on top of that asked her to fix it and she denied
Also treats her coworkers like complete shittt raising her voice at them and got mad because they were struggling to open a new milk. Instead of helping the poor kid
I was so close to throwing my dam cone at her, lucky she is behind a counter and not out in public or stuff would’ve been escalated different…. Correct this girl before she runs into the wrong person.
The people were very friendly. I'm from Ohio. They helped my grandson and answered all his questions. Excellent service ?

The ice cream was OK. Customer service was OK. Then I saw a roach on the counter ?.

I never write a Review but this place has no Hygiene, I found hair in my kids ice cream and the workers don’t even put their hair up property I can’t imagine how much hair they give away. ??
Waited 10 min to order and workers were getting other peoples orders who were not even in line! Never had I ever experienced anything like this ! Completely disappointed especially when the workers were just talking and laughing
