I stopped by Harold’s Chicken to pick up dinner, and I had such a great experience! The owner, a young man with a great personality, provided excellent customer service — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. My food was hot, fresh, and delicious! It’s always nice when both the food and the service are top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

The chicken was good! Fries were under seasoned and mid. I also tried the waffle which wasn’t that great if you have a mature palate. Service was lack luster. One college student to serve the dine in and take out… all while on her phone. Bathroom was also lacking essentials.

As Chicago transplants we were thrilled that we found Harold’s without having to drive to the city. This is the best chicken outside of your grandmas chicken. It always comes out piping hot, so hot and crispy watch out or you will burn your fingers. We get the mild sauce and it is so so good. The breading is seasoned really well. Definitely the best in the area.

They gave really small portions for the price. Could have had more fries. Coleslaw had too much of one ingredient. Food overall the chicken and the fries were extremely salty.

The lunch specials were great! The food was spot on tasting just like Chicago’s food! I met the chef who is from Chicago! Told him he was spot on!
