Harolds Chicken KSU

This was the worst chicken I ever had in my life!!!! And that's saying something because my wife can eat chicken 8 days a week. It was old, and the mild sauce was rancid, and the $40 I wasted was unnecessary. I will never ever everrrrrr eat from that location again. And I've been eating Harold's since I was a kid. I should have called the police 🚔 it was so bad I felt like I had been robbed

Sat there for 15 minutes and never greeted! Don't have to worry about me again, was only 2 tables occupied, unacceptable service!!

I passed by this place often and today I decided to stop and try it. I waited 20 minutes for fresh food I received hot chicken a cold french fries. I spent nearly $16. So it's slightly overpriced. No encore for me,

The hostess here is so clueless to her job she doesn’t know how to respond nor engage with actual customers..my lady and I ordered 4 pieces of chicken and 2 waffles and that’s 30min ago..we are the only 2 customers in here literally..how is it taking so long for chicken and waffles…this place is definitely a disappointment for a first experience

Lol the coleslaw was only a teaspoon full and it took over an hour to get our food.
4 different construction workers all voted together at lunch and said this place is garbage.
The chicken was good but I hope that you like Red 40 cause it is the first ingredient in their hot sauce, that is why the sauce is so red in the picture.
The hot sauce tasted like syrup :/
They didn't even have really hot sauce what a shame. Personally I think Harold should go back to Chicago and stay there!!

Drove almost an hour to get here for them not to honor a coupon I purchase from Clipp.com.

Great food. Reminds me of being at home in Chicago.

They're kidding, right??? I visited the location on Edgewood years ago (trash) but I figured this location might be better. Not really. The wings are very small and very lightly seasoned. Not great...but ok, fine. But in addition to so-so chicken at a CHICKEN-CENTERED restaurant, its the insult of receiving a literal TABLESPOON of coleslaw (which tasted overwhelmingly like onion) Why make this a part of the combo if its not even enough to enjoy?? Lastly, a $4 "house drink" lemonade with not a sprinkle of sugar in it! Never again!
