Order two turkey sandwich’s to go through their website. Got back to work and realized after taking a bite that one sandwich was ham instead of turkey. Called Honey Baked Ham and was placed on hold for a while. Someone ended the call on their end so I had to call back a second time. I spoke to an associate and was told I would receive a refund but never did.

I purchased the vanilla rum cake. It was terrible! Couldn't eat a whole slice it was that terrible. Do NOT waste your money or time with this cake.

I wish they could make the food you order online BEFORE you arrive.I have put in an online order a few times now and every time I order go during the pick up window (usually the last time suggested) and walk in and they acknowledge me and then proceed to make my food.Why? Couldnt it be made before I arrive. This last time I asked and they said it was something about their system (which were the past excuses)I LOVE the food and I will go back but they just need to work on the online/pick up part.

😃 I expect good service to be the norm, not the exception. And the real test of a company is how they handle it when something goes wrong. We got a Honeybaked Ham for Easter, and when I opened it up on Easter morning, I saw it had been tampered with. Several slices where missing and all the crunchy stuff had been pulled off! The next morning, I called the Kennesaw, GA location where I purchased the ham and was told I'd need to come in person and speak with the manager. Fair enough. It took me a week to get around to it, but when I got there, the young manager was so polite. I didn't have the order number with me, but he said "Don't worry, I remember waiting on you before Easter. Let me get you another ham, or would you like a store credit?" I told him another ham would be great. He got it, opened it up to let me see it, and then proceeded to get a sampler box of their new mini bundt cakes and said "I'm really sorry this happened, please take these cakes too." I left happy enough to take the time to post about this! Great job!

gave us a bag of hawaiin rolls that had mold all over them. way to go.update: we threw away the bread and ran to a store and replaced it. we were having a get together. day after eating it every single one of us (four adults) that ate it are sick.wont be returning. i dont know what standards this location is keeping but something here needs to change.
