Had a great time at Hooters thanks to Lacey! She was super friendly, quick with the refills, and made sure everything was on point. I got the buffalo shrimp, and she made sure it came out hot. Great service, fun attitude, and definitely made the experience even better. Everyone at this location is awesome, but if you go and can ask for Lacey, do it. She’ll make sure your beer is cold, your food is hot & make you laugh.

Service was horrible to begin with . We waited for 20 minutes before anyone took our order . When we ask for the check they kept coming back every minute to see if we were to pay. The whole time they were all sitting down and not checking on tables wouldn’t recommend definitely not coming back

Look, people crack on this place because of the uniform. I don't go to restaurants for the server, I go for the food. This specific location is probably the most consistently excellent wing/sports grill on the planet. Food is always fresh, hot and well prepared. Service is attentive. People are laughing, smiling, relaxed. It's a good vibe. Pricier than some other places but would you rather save a buck or enjoy your food? If you want to people watch go for it but at least there you'll have good food while doing it. Oh... and remember to get cheese with your curly fries and thank me later.

Bri(Briana)was absolutely amazing! Wonderful server with an excellent display of professionalism! Went with the wife who says Bri was downright amazing! Picked up on social cues and definitely did a fantastic job All around. Never had an empty drink or a mess on the table. It was a lovely dinner! Even got a picture!

The waitress Lucy did the best job she could but the way this business is being run is definitely poorly. We ordered a special that was advertised on the table. We were not advised that the promotion had not started yet and will not be available until mid-March. As it is Feb 17th. We did ask about the special a few times prior to ordering it. Lucy called on her manager, who advised that corporate made them put those out, and they are misleading. Then he advise there is nothing that they can do and the cost is what it is and not what is advertised. We decided to pay our bill and leave. We will not be returning. Thank you for the poor customer service and communication.

We had a wonderful time eating at Hooters. The food was really good, the waitresses were really good to us especially they drew sweet hearts to our receipts ❤❤❤. And the manager is a really good guy and the chefs have done a really good job making our food taste really good. They have given us a really good service and good food and good atmosphere.
