I’ve been living in the Cobb/Paulding county for 20 years driving all the way to Buford highway well over a decade when I’m craving Vietnamese or Korean food if it’s Vietnamese I eat at I LUV PHO so can you imagine the JOY in my heart and my taste buds when I went to the Car show at TOWN CENTER MALL and saw that I LUV PHO restaurant !!! You guys DID NOT DISAPPOINT !!! PREFECT atmosphere /DELICIOUS food /COURTEOUS wait staff 🤩 🤗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (THANKS for saving me time and gas money😉)

Google say they close at 10pm but they close at the time they want and leave the customers there after drive there.

I made an order yesterday at 8:36 and when was 9:32 I received the text my food was almost ready so i drove there and for my surprise was fully closed at 9:50. I knocked the door for few minutes and then start calling (you can see the first call at 9:55) and nobody picking up the phone or leaving the restaurant. I waited for about 15 minutes without believing what’s going on. So today i called the restaurant to talk about my order because the restaurant closed earlier than google says, and the guy who’s name is Jhonny said the employees left the restaurant after 10 and hang up on my face TWO TIMES! I’ll never been at this place again. And everybody i see I’ll tell what happened. They could solve this problem pretty easily giving me another order or refunding me, they choose hang up on me and leave me without 21 dollars, dinner and solutions.

I love this spot but I think they potentially need to change their hours on the website or their servers etiquette/ policies when answering the phone. I called in at 9:17 and was told I’d have to place an order in person. I arrive in person at 9:37 and am told they are closed, even though they close at 10:00. If I called at 9:17 why would the server not inform me that they stop taking orders in 10 minutes, so that I don’t have to waste my time, energy, and gas making an unnecessary trip? There were still people sitting down eating. Surely from 9:17-10:00 there was a sliver of time in which they could've prepared one takeout meal, as they were literally serving other customers in my face. I’ve been coming here for years and I have picked up an order 10 minutes before closing countless times.
