12/13/2025 Saturday Morning, My Mother And Myself Went To Ihop on Saturday morning and we ordered our breakfast....I ordered the Big Steak Omelet and My Mother Ordered The Breakfast Sampler and our waiter Deon was excellent. Definitely Coming Back..

Dorothy was great. Coffee and water was brought in no time. Didn't rush me on placing my order. Like some do. Smiled the whole time and made sure I was taken care of so I left her a gracious tip. $16 ticket with a $34 tip. She was so happy and told me I made her day. Her smile said it all.Waiters, take care of your customers and treat them the way you want to be treated.

Normally the service is average but today my friend and I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for the Grand Slam and an Omelette. Which we didn’t complain about the wait but then our food came and it was cold. Who likes cold eggs? And my friends pancakes did not come til 15 minutes later. Our server Michelle asked why I did not eat. I told her it was cold. She asked if I wanted it microwaved. Needless to say I boxed it up and took it to my dogs. Maybe I should have requested it be remade but we were tired of being there for a breakfast that usually takes 30 minutes. Also they were only half full when we arrived. They were busy when we left but our server should have not charged us. I didn’t need to take it actually I didn’t want to. But since I was charged I did. We will just go to Flying Biscuit next time. We walk Kennesaw Mountain 3-4 days a week and eat breakfast at least 2 times a week. But I am assuming this IHOP doesn’t care since they are a Franchise. I recommend go somewhere else Breakfast cost the same everywhere these days you might as well go somewhere where you get good service and hot food. Michelle needs to learn what customer service means:
