I purchased a bacon egg and cheese take out order but when I get home it a egg and cheese sandwich. I take it back and everyone acts as if I was the one who missed up. I ask if I can have toast instead of a biscuit and was told they couldn't do it. So I have to waste time and gas because they messed up but they can't change the biscuit to toast. VERY BAD LOOK!!!

My family and I had a wonderful time today! The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The food was absolutely delicious—everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We could really tell that care went into every dish. The customer service was just as impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. It’s not easy to find a place that delivers both great food and excellent service, but this spot truly does. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant experience—we’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited J Christophers at the Town Center location on a very busy Sunday. Even though all staff members were very busy and the wait somewhat long I was very impressed with the management and efficient order of business. The manager named Mina is an absolute asset to this J Christophers location. She exemplified great management skills and made our visit an exceptional one. I remembered to take photos lol. We just got done with a 5k so this was a nice place to eat. My food was not filling but the pancake was pretty heavenly. Also the server was nice.

My wife and I went there to eat after an appointment. We like the laid-back atmosphere and the food is very good.
I’ve been coming here for weekend breakfasts the last three years and am never disappointed. The food is always good and special orders— which I often do— are happily accommodated. Mina, the manager, does a phenomenal job in all areas from quality control, staff training, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for customers! All of her servers are great, but Diana and Reagan deserve special mention for how exceptional they are with customers. None of the other breakfast cafes around Kennesaw Mall can compare and that includes First Watch and the Flying Biscuit where the customers are treated more like annoyances than paying guests. Compared to these others, Christopher’s is far and away the best!

Good, but used to be better. That is mostly as far as service. In the past probably 6 months or so the service and employee manner have noticeably changed. It seems like lots of new employees every time (retention issue it seems), often clueless, seemingly poorly trained employees that don't know what they are doing, slowing down the service. The only person I recognize at this point is a blonde lady, I'm assuming a manager, and I have noticed her on multiple occasions getting very obviously frustrated and unpleasant toward other employees. While it does seem like they are mostly new each time, I understand explaining to them what to do, but not in a way that the guests can tell it is not polite. Even more recently, 1-2 months, the food has been inconsistent. In my recent visits I have had food both almost inedibly over salted, as well as under seasoned, and cooking temperature inconsistencies with griddle items.

This is the third time I have eaten at this restaurant in the last three months and every time within ten minutes of leaving I have experienced severe stomach cramps and immediate diarrhea as has another in my party! Threes a charm! No more!
