Jersey Mike's Subs

I am extremely livid. I will be reaching out to corporate. Please review the cameras for around 4:00pm on when I got into an argument with one of the workers. He tried to charge me $371 for a small sandwich

I’ve never been to jersey mikes before and i ordered for my my friend and me and she gave my friend and I the wrong sandwich and spent 35$ on both and left a generous tip and they only thing they got right was my drink they completely messed up both of our subs and they’re are absolutely terrible and disappointing

I've been to a bunch of Jersey Mike's locations between here and northeast US, and this Jersey Mike's location is consistently the best in terms of friendliness, quality, and getting orders correct. This has become our go-to location and keeps us coming back. This location is the best in the the area, maybe all of north Georgia.

Seriously…. For what you pay for these subs?

I asked for 2 giant cheesesteak subs…. They made them one at a time…. When I asked about anything they did… I was told everywhere does them different…..

I’ve been eating Jersey Mike’s for the last 15 years in multiple states as I travel a lot. This place and the one in Acworth are the worst!

The one sub was cold when we got home…

Go to the one on Barrett…. Better service and subs.

Amazing experience, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. I ordered the roast beef & Turkey which was delicious down to the last bite . I was even pleasantly surprised to learn that kids receive a free meal on Sunday! My kids who are picky loved their sandwiches. This place did not disappoint and highly recommended!!

Got this delivered and it was SUCH a good sandwich. Great amount of meat and surprisingly the amount of oil and vinegar and mustard didn’t make the bread super soggy.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s, and I really hope that what I’m about to share is not common across all locations. Twice now, at this particular location, I’ve observed the cook that is preparing hot subs grab raw meat, chicken and/or steak, then grab fresh bread, cook up the sandwich, tear the paper to wrap the sub, all while never changing their gloves. This evening I also observed the same cook touching the fresh sliced subs, again with the same gloves they used to grab raw chicken and steak. I really hope someone in leadership or the owner addresses this before someone gets sick. :( I won’t be returning to this location.
