Old and spoiled turkey. It’s bogo on Uber eats because it’s OLD! Thankfully ubereats refunded me but how dare you sale that to someone.

Tables are always dirty. The last 2 Philly steak sandwiches were awful. On one the cheese had been heated so much it was like water draining out of the sandwich. The next one only had cheese on 1/2 of the sandwich & was barely melted. It is supposed to have extra cheese. The guy who made the sandwich asked if it was ok & I told him no because of the cheese. He said he was sorry. The owner was there & didn't even acknowledge my response. I noticed what a great giant Italian sub one of the employees was making for himself to go. Guess you get better sandwiches if you work there. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Super nice guys, the best sandwiches hands down and honesty one of the few businesses I’ve been in lately that actually had great music on. Normally I would take my stuff to go, but the staff made everything so great my husband and I stayed and ate. This location knows what’s up!

Brandon [manager], Josh and Isaac were top notch. So customer friendly and just really nice guys. This location is light years above the Kennesaw Cobb Parkway location. I travel past the Cobb Parkway location to come to Brandon's locationbwhen I want Jersey Mikes. You will not be disappointed! Thank you guys for taking care of me.

We went to this location and I couldn't believe how disgusting and dirty the place was ...NOT the standards of ANY Mike's we have patronized. Being from up North, we are very serious about this establishment and how it is represented, it was actually sad. I had to ask the guy to change his gloves AFTER he had just handled money...the other worker never changed gloves once between
sandwiches (especially when people have allergies like myself) there were several flies by the food and one actually landed on the lettace and he didn't even throw that portion away, shoo the fly, he just grabbed it and put it on a sandwich...I am so disappointed in the Owner I pray they don't know this is happening.
Dietary restrictions: I have a seafood allery and had to ask for gloves to be changed and the employee acted like it was such an inconvenience.
Best Jersey Mikes around, fresh food, drink options, no flies. Wish the one on cobb in acworth was like this one. Best employees around, always hospitable and welcoming!
As a franchisee of a food eatablishment, it shows that this guy cares!

Jersey Mike's as a chain has good food. What sets this location apart is the staff. They are always welcoming and pleasant. I've been a semi-regular customer for a few years and several of the staff have been there the whole time. They recognize me, even if I haven't been for a while, and remember my usual order. Stellar service makes me feel appreciated and valued and is the ready I keep coming back.
