This location is AWFUL. Annoyed teenagers behind the counter just doing everything slowly and so rude. I left a $10 tip online and when I said that to the little boy behind the counter, he told me that was my fault for leaving a tip. So here is a tip - do not order from this jersey mikes.

1.Mold everywhere this store needs to be shutdown, 2.Its never clean while the workers sit around, 3. I saw multiple workers in the back smoking and doing other drugs. 4. The customer service is awful There are two boys that work there with no manners what so ever and my husband and I had to wait Almost 5 minutes for our order to be taken and when it was the boy looked at us like he wanted us dead with the phrase" What you want" if you are going to hire someone train them on their customer service

My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch today and I was so pleased with the job that those three guys were doing. Helpful, knowledgeable and great subs! It was so nice to actually have conversation with them and the one guy with long hair was so engaging. That’s a rarity these days and greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch, and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and my order was done within 5 minutes. My sandwich was piled high with toppings. I added jalapeno and onion to be grilled with the chicken and American cheese. I also ordered my ranch and chipolte mayo on the side. While my sandwich was very good, this location was dirty. Everywhere you look is some sort of build-up. I have eaten at this location once before but didn't notice if it was as dirty. Every Jersey Mikes I have been to has been exceptionally clean. Probably won't return because of this.
I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, to get my sandwich modified and there is no answer so my sandwich was not made how I wanted.

Absolutely horrible experience. Walked in 3 employees were all standing behind the counter looking at phones. I stood there for a very awkward 30 seconds before I had to ask if someone was going to help me. The counters were disgusting covered in bread crumbs and who knows what else. As I was waiting for my sandwiches 3 separate people walked in looking for online orders, they had not been even looked at yet. As I stood there they made excuse after excuse why they were not ready including we ran out of bread and would be 20 minutes before they were ready. I got home we had a #7 turkey which is really hard to mess up so was decent. We also had a #10 tuna it was the worst tuna we have ever tasted it was like someone played a bad joke and put so much black pepper in the mix it was not able to be eaten. Looking at previous reviews it seems about a year ago this place went downhill. It seems as if many people have had the same experience and no one has addressed the issues. Apparently there is zero management involved in this store. This is very disappointing as we have loved Jersey Mikes for years. Next I will be reaching out to the corporate office to share my experience.

Placed an online order, not only did I not get my food because they were out of bread but they served about 20 people ahead of me. Then told me I could not have a refund and that the owner Tim would call me…can’t wait for it. Staff is overworked, or too many on the clock. Store is never clean. I don’t know why I keep going to this location as it is always a disappointment. I promise I will not go back again.

I’m not sure how this place is allowed to remain open, the amount of mold on the ceiling is dangerous to the staff as well as customers. It was not just one little spot, the entire ceiling had mold on several huge squares. Really hope jersey mikes does a mold remediation and fixes this for their crew.
