Austin is awesome! Wasn’t sure what to get, he suggested a former item not listed on the menu anymore that was perfect for me! Very fast and wow is it delicious. Very heavy sandwich, they didn’t short anything on it. Highly recommend this location. Ask for Austin, he’ll make you happy every time

Wasn’t planning on eating jersey Mikes tonight even thought I do love it but it was what happened since our plans changed, the crew in there tonight was AMAZING. Memorial Day I’m sure a lot of people do not wanna work. But they were so attentive and so sweet and tried giving us the best options!!! There was about 4 of them and I wish I got there names. It was so nice and a pleasure seriously. Best location. They deserve recognition!!!! Memorial night staff rocked!!

came in during what looked like a dinner rush. i was treated very nicely by the rest of the employees however the owner by the name is Shana was VERY rude and disrespectful to her staff. a young women was doing an amazing job topping my sub and shana came up talking about videos and started yelling it was very uncomfy experience. praying for these employees.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak on rosemary Parm bread I could see that it wasn’t the right bread they were putting it on so I said is that Rosemary Parm bread the girl turned to the cook and said he wants rosemary Parm bread when the cook delivered my sandwich I asked again is that on Rosemary Parm bread he said yes so I left. I got home open the sandwich and it was on regular bread, I called the store to tell him that he lied to me and his answer was sorry about that so from here on end, I will not go to that store and for future reference for the general public, I would check my sandwiches before you leave this person that lied to me should be reprimanded management should check on this man if it’s a habit of his lying that is

This location is AWFUL. Annoyed teenagers behind the counter just doing everything slowly and so rude. I left a $10 tip online and when I said that to the little boy behind the counter, he told me that was my fault for leaving a tip. So here is a tip - do not order from this jersey mikes.
1.Mold everywhere this store needs to be shutdown, 2.Its never clean while the workers sit around, 3. I saw multiple workers in the back smoking and doing other drugs. 4. The customer service is awful There are two boys that work there with no manners what so ever and my husband and I had to wait Almost 5 minutes for our order to be taken and when it was the boy looked at us like he wanted us dead with the phrase" What you want" if you are going to hire someone train them on their customer service

My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch today and I was so pleased with the job that those three guys were doing. Helpful, knowledgeable and great subs! It was so nice to actually have conversation with them and the one guy with long hair was so engaging. That’s a rarity these days and greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
