I have been eating at Jersey Mike's in Acworth for the past 4 years. Today was a complete disappointment. The 4 employees behind the counter were a complete disaster. The were not organized, slow and did not seem to want to serve the customers in a timely manner. The person dressing my sandwich did not seem to hear what I wanted and tried to add things I didn't ask for. When I arrived home and opened the sandwich it fell apart. Finally the meats were sliced too thick. I will give this store one more chance, if not a better experience I'll never return. Hopefully the manager reads this and improves the problems..

This is the second time in 2 weeks I’ve ordered the #55 CHICKEN Philly and they gave me regular Philly meat both times! Is it so hard to give me the chicken? Also today I went to pick up my order because I ordered online, when I came inside I saw the employee vaping right at the register! That’s really unprofessional. Luckily the sandwich was pretty good but I just really wanted the chicken.

Beware this location! Terrible experience here and I will not be returning. The staff was very unprofessional and talked about personal issues in front of customers. When they run out of product or toppings, they don’t want to open more so just skip it or they substitute anything they want including types of bread!

Meh. Not bad, but sure not great.I went about 1:00, toward the end of the lunch rush, on a Wednesday. When I got there, there were seven people in line in front of me. I ended up timing it, and it was almost twenty minutes before I ended up sitting down with my sandwich in front of me. To be fair, they probably also did about four online orders or delivery orders in that time, too, but it was still a wait, no matter how you cut it.The woman working was courteous and kind; she was working with wicked efficiency, hauling you-know-what. One guy was courteous and working, but not like her; a third guy was pleasant enough, but definitely not in a hurry and not a "people person."My food was pretty good. They were out of chicken, but they made my sandwich with turkey and reduced my price slightly for the trouble. Kind show.So they did okay. Not great. But okay. Frankly, I won't be back; I came because I had a gift card. But if somebody else wanted to go, I'd come with them, just not be excited about it.One more note that's not really their fault, but something to know: the parking lot is small and shared with some other business, so at peak hours, it can be a bit hard to get in and out. Also, they have a table or two outside, which is nice, but when I arrived, there were a number of people smoking there, which definitely dampened my visit further. Not the store's fault, but something you may encounter.

We have been trying to order online here for literally weeks and every single time you cannot. No one answers if you try to call either. App looks to be out of bread… I highly doubt a sandwhich shop has been regularly out of bread for weeks. I suspect the employees just don’t want to bother with online orders.

They never can seem to get the food done in a timely manner. Understaffed. I have walked out twice because the line was ten people deep.

The sub was so disgusting..no flavor, even the onions tasted bland. The turkey tasted like mystery lunch meat from Dollar General. I’ve had Jersey Mikes in another state and had no issues. Publix subs are way better than this garbage. Wasted my money.

Food was great. Service was polite but this particular location was very dirty. Food and debris all over the floor, all tables but one were dirty and the windows and doors looked like they had not been cleaned in months.

Been multiple times and the service has gone way down hill. The biggest annoyance is that online ordering never works for this location on the app.

If your on lunch hour steer clear. Wait time is 20-25 minutes. 2 employees working. Both seem frustrated but quite. Not greeting customers overwhelmed with pick up orders. Got my #17 Philly. I would give it 3 stars bread hard and flakey meat overcooked. Store looks clean but the ambiance seems like frustrated employees and customers. Next time I will go to Firehouse.
