This location is consistently slow but today was absurd. It took an hour and a half from placing the order to receive it. We tried the new toasted sandwiches and both were entirely cold when we got them.

Ordered at 12:13 it's now 1:31 and I still don't have my order. The store is 1.1 miles from my location. I've called 2 times and each time they've said it should be here any minute!! This is the second time I've had this issue with this Jimmy Johns location. I will never order from here again!

12:28am is not 1:00am. For me to be immediately told they were closed after I drove all the way there because Google advertises them within operating hours is disappointing. Please do better or adjust the hours.

I have tried to give this jimmy John’s a chance for years cause I have always enjoyed their food. I tried giving this one a chance multiple times because they are the only ones that deliver but I have had so many problems if it isn’t that they get my order wrong they just forget half the order and say they didn’t ring it up. It’s always been a crazy long wait for delivery over an hour no matter the time of day. If they even have a driver. It is hands down the worst jimmy John’s I have ever tried and honestly I should have stoped a year ago.

I love Jimmy Johns but I have been to this location 3 times and every time I get the same sandwich. #9 with extra mayo and no onions. All 3 times I have gone I get home and there are onions on my sandwich. It really sucks because I really love JJ. I will most likely be looking for another sub place in the area.

I ordered a samdwich for delivery at 11:02 that I ended up cancelling around 11:35. The delivery distance was not even .5 mile, so idk what manager was leading the shift but I know I am over Jimmy John’s for good.

I am not one to complain, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in this Jimmy John’s. I walk in, there’s two girls doing something on the POS, which would’ve been fine if I had even been acknowledged. They stood there doing something on the POS for at least 10 minutes before the guy making the sandwiches had to come over and ask me if I have been helped yet. The girl finally took my order seeming like she did not care to be there at all. Once I got my order, they forgot something off of it, when I went back in, the girl at the front counter was extremely rude to me. A little kindness, and acknowledging your guests will go a long way I promise. I was going to dine in and get some work done before I went home for the day, but at that point, I felt more comfortable eating in my car.

It took almost 2 hours to get my delivery. After an hour I called and was told 10 or 15 more minutes. Driver never rang the doorbell or knocked like I asked and just laid it at the door behind a flower pot, so it sat outside for half an hour. Bread was hard as a rock as well. Go to subway

Ordered online and even waited 20 mins to arrive, sandwich wasn’t ready for another 10 minutes. Once I got back to office with my food and unwrapped it, it was wrong. Took it back and was given a new sandwich, got back to my office to eat and again, it was wrong. Won’t be going back.
