LOVE this location college campus vibes... Hot Sandwiches are a game changer althought they do take longer to make.

Unless you want to wait over an hour for your delivery you may want to order elsewhere as this is a repeat occurrence. Ordered at 11AM and 12:20pm still waiting on sandwich.
Never got my food, ordered it over two hours ago!
We originally ordered two subs from this location and the delivery was unsuccessful. We called an hour after our food didn’t come. The lady on the phone asked the delivery driver why it was not delivered. He said he delivered it so we asked him why did we not get a call because we have a gate. He said the gate was open which it never is since we live in a smaller older community. We also have ring cameras that show no one ever came to the door. We then asked what did the front door look like or anything outside because we have a door mat with cats and a trashcan outside. He did not say we had either of those and we also never saw him on our ring cameras.
We then asked for some type of resolution to our issue since we have been waiting and they said they would send it back out a new one with the driver.
It has now been two hours and we still have not received our food. We called for an update and a guy answered the phone and hung up on us.
I would not recommend ordering from this location, very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Always a great experience. They are usually quick and the sandwiches are always on point. This store does a lot of big orders when ever I come in the morning. It’s 100s of sandwiches going out the door

*UPDATE*
They decided to steal my money and not void it. Owner wanted me to speak to her husband( another franchise owner) and yet never got the call. These people are a joke and the only reason they are still in business is so that they can keep taking advantage of college students nearby. The owner is a joke and is surprise she made it this far as an owner. Also apparently I’m not the only one that had an order “delivered”. This place is known for not delivering your order correctly and if you question them about it they’ll ban you. Yup they banned me lmao.
I have done delivery from this place multiple times and they have “delivered” the order. I have been at my apartment waiting for my meal and I will end up having to call them about updates on it. They say that the order is completed and delivered and that I was called and the door was knocked. I will be inside and haven’t heard anyone at the door. I have had them remake multiple orders for their mistake and now when they continue to keep misdelivering my order. Sometimes they deliver to the right address and sometimes not.

Okay so….I ordered food for delivery. Manager claimed they rang the gate code however the phone from the gate didn’t ring to my phone (neither the manager or my fault obviously which is what I kept trying to say before manager KEPT cutting me off. If anything it was the leasing office fault). She mentioned something about a $0 tip order and that I was sooooo lucky she accepted it. Let me clarify something here….JUST BECAUSE you don’t get tip on a purchased online order DOESNT MEAN you won’t get one in person. Little does she know I had a $10 sitting here waiting for my delivery person. Also, tipping is OPTIONAL based upon the service you receive. It is not mandatory. I work in TV and never get tips on my job and neither do ton of jobs. It’s not my responsibility to makeup for the low wage you receive on your job that you signed up for but if I feel you did a great job I will Indeed tip because I chose to. Very insulting. Glad I didn’t tip her. She didn’t deserve it with those customer service failed skills. Owner kept cutting me off wouldn’t even let me talk to explain to her that I wasn’t BLAMING HER but in fact was just trying to explain why I was unable to answer the gate and was in the process of apologizing for the gate being down until she made me flustered by saying that her drivers shouldn’t be responsible for me not answering an out of service gate. She then accused me of Lying of not receiving phone calls. If I know I paid money for something and received a phone call in regards to my order WHY ON EARTH would I NOT pick up and risk losing my money. Let’s not be silly here. Only good thing that came out of this situation was that the order was voided (I am monitoring this at my bank though because I don’t trust after she said she gave my order away) but it seems like she was already flustered as soon as I called out of curiosity of it saying my order was delivered regardless so the conversation was destined to be a disaster either way even though the restaurant is only but 10 mins away. She acted like she drove an hour. Keep in mind I NEVER had a negative experience like this before but I won’t be giving this location any more of my business. So good job.

Maybe I caught them on a good day b/c all of these reviews are the opposite of my experience. I was acknowledged immediately when entering the door and before I even sat down to wait on my sandwich the guy was telling me it was ready. Friendly and Quick! I'll be coming back.

Rude, Lazy, and downright don’t care! The employee is whom I am speaking of and he should tie up that hair? Isn’t that a safe serv requirement? The owners need to be in there establishments somewhere and sometimes.

Your staff was really rude to me, I got to the store to pick up an uber eat order, my order has a coke and I picked it up from the fridge and humbly asked that he gives me a bag to put the food and the coke in. Something just to make my order presentable to my customer, and he said, I guess, picked up a carton and dropped it on the desk rudely. That was unnecessary and unprofessional.
He can do better , all I asked for was a bag to keep my order.

Very upset that they keep putting me on hold and never coming back on the phone to take my call! They tell me that they are busy and when I called them while being in my car and outside their door they literally kept me on hold and never came back. This is truly my business paterns and my “go to place “ to order, but it seems as if they are ignoring us! Been ordering them for over 8 years! This is not the way to conduct business especially when we work in corporate America!
