My sandwich (on sliced wheat) had finger indentation marks. Not like a slight indentation, like HEAVY INDENTATION, like a lot of force was put on the bread by some dudes fingers intentionally. Like i cannot fathom how that could have possibly happened unintentionally. Will not be ordering here again.

My door dash delivery states complete but the food was never delivered. I called the store and someone placed me on hold and never came back. I called back and now it’s a dead phone line. OMGTalk about being overwhelmed. This location must be just that…overwhelmed and unable to complete orders taken via door dash..not to mention that it took an hour to show completed on the app SMH

This is by far the WORST Jimmy John's location (1133 Chastain Rd NW #400, Kennesaw, GA 30144) that I have ever placed an order from. They are certainly NOT freaky fast as advertised. Took over an hour for the food to even leave the store, I ended up picking up the sandwich myself as the delivery driver was preparing to leave the store.

Staff is rude and unsanitary. The lady making sandwiches was playing I her hair and then started touching people food. Another guest saw and left. Went to pick up catering order online that I was allowed to place online and was accepted once I arrived they said online catering orders aren’t allowed unless it’s 24 hrs in advance. Well change your website so people will know that instead of wasting people time and charging their card knowing you aren’t going to make the food! Smh

do not order delivery from this store they always take over an hour to deliver and never credit your order, had to deal with it at the bank, one time i had to drive up there to pick up the order, this store needs major overhaul in employees or training or do not even offer

This was crazy. Waited 50 minutes for my delivery. Bread was too hard to eat. I called and guy that answered the phone had no answers. Couldn't send me a new sandwich. Had to call his boss for answers. Said a refund might be quick or might be 3 days. Wth is going on over

Worst Jimmy John's I have ever seen. They close well before they are supposed to almost every single night and they are ALWAYS out of ingredients, such as LETTUCE. Will drive miles out of my way to go to one of the many locations that are a thousand times better than this one. Also, just a bunch of lazy college kids working there so even if they are actually open and actually do have the food that you want, the quality is gonna be hit or miss.

You’ll wait for 30+ minute, finally call to get an eta and they always say the same thing “oh yeah we’re really busy” and then tell you it’s gonna be another hour. Oh no. I have never had a good experience here. It’s always the same thing, no matter what time of day.

Second time I've ordered individually from this location. They always do a great job on the catering orders but are VERY slow with my orders. Last time was 45 minutes and this time was 65 minutes. We are literally just down the street. It can't be traffic as the college is closed right now and the streets are empty. Supposedly my order was "on the way" for 50 minutes. Really?
Always have the best experience here. This place has top notch customer service. Always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. The sandwiches are so delicious and made with the freshest ingredients. The interior is extremely clean. Service is very fast and efficient. Exceptional!

Wife and I went inside to eat lunch today. No red wine vinegar, I guess they never have any only oil & vinegar and ordered extra lettuce got same as wife's who didn't get extra. The make the sandwich behind the counter so you can't see it being made what are they hiding?

So, I get being short staffed but this location has went way downhill on the "freaky fast" deliveries. I choose JJ's because I'm usually way past my lunch time and will want to grab something faster than the usual places. Oh well. Today, we ordered by 12:06pm, order did not arrive until 1:00pm and we are 1.2 miles away. The online tracker NEVER updated. When I called (twice), I was told both times that a driver was out with our order. Honestly, even in the worst traffic - it shouldn't take that long. One of the three orders did not have what we ordered, how we ordered it. Eh... just not impressed. Tastes good, just wish they could get their act together.--UPDATE: Ordered again on 08/21/2023 - Something must've lit a fire under them because I ordered at 2:12 and it was delivered by 2:25. Also, the notifications were back on point. Thanks, JJs. :)
