Wow wow wow. As great as the best hot chicken I've had in Nashville. Friendly, prompt service in the Drive-Thru. Huge portions. The Ghost Pepper flavor is perfection in sauce form. Jojo sauce is tasty, too. A+ across the board.

Just visited for the 1st time. Not sure if I'll be back. Came through your drive through, Excellent customer service, very friendly, respectful and professional. That I give 5 stars. Order 2 orders of your 3 slider combo. Must say, you serve very thick pieces of chicken, they are very tasting. Now for the fries, order both the regular fries, and garlic fries. They were cold. No heat at all on the fries. And this as we drove through the parking lot. With regards to the Price, It's HIGH for what we ordered. $26.00. Again, Custermer Service was excellent , portions, very good, french fries, cold, and I feel price is high.

This was my first visit to Joella’s and likely my last! I don’t think I have ever given one star to a restaurant.I ordered a quarter chicken dark meat Southren style, with fries and a sweet tea. The fries were good they were crunchy with a good flavor. The sweet tea was also good. But the chicken was over cooked, burnt and didn’t have much flavor. That’s the good, the worst thing was the roach we found under a table lying on it’s back kicking as we were leaving. Full disclosure we didn’t say anything to the employees we simply walked out.

Ordered the hot tenders and fries, and it was $15, kinda over priced for what you get.The tenders where okay, but nothing special.The fries are unedible due to the amount for grease, I can literally pour it out. And general, better chicken places exist that are cheaper.

We came here a few years ago just to get a vegan chicken sandwich and it was amazing! I’ve wanted to return since then. So I was very excited to go and have an entire meal here! What a giant disappointment. The vegan sandwich was as good as I remembered. My husband got the very hot vegan sandwich but the seasoning was so bitter he didn’t enjoy it at all. I ordered the Kale crunch salad but was given the Caesar instead. That was terrible. So oily. The fries (both choices) were filled with grease. Literally when you bit into it grease poured out. The ice tea was the final blow. The water tasted so bad it was all I could taste. If I ever go back it will be only the vegan sandwich I get and I will get all my other food somewhere else. I don’t think I’m hard to please, this was just awful.

My boyfriend and I were on our way to get the boys off the bus and we decided to quickly stop and try Joellas for the first time. We had always seen it and thought “let’s go”. Well…..THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! We had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Julie. She was so amazing and sweet to us. She was helpful with the menu and made some fantastic recommendations, aka the Mac and Cheese and Parm fries. They were so good. We will definitely becoming back just because of her and well the food was great too! 10/10!

Alright fried chicken spot. The tenders were decent but not as juicy as I expected. The chicken was not that hot either, but that is more dependent on ones heat tolerance than on a broader perspective. The fries however were very disappointing. Small, soggy, and limp. Sauce selection was decent. I wouldn’t put this above similar chicken chains, but its not horrible.

The price was not justified to what was given!! The vegan chicken used to come with two patties, a slice of bread, and a dipping sauce. I got no sauce, no bread, and ONE patty!!!! lt comes with only one side, I got two. But even they were not at all what they used to be. I was willing to pay the price hike because it was a "treat" to a relative. I was so embarrassed when we got home and the meal was so subpar!!! Probably will never be returning. Very disappointed!

Be careful who you give horrible service too, as an Elite my review is the first one customers will always SEE. This location has manipulative employees that think they deserve the right to punish customers when they don't tip. Nothing worst than placing an order in the drive thru and NOT GETTING your order correctly. I hate employees that think they are going to stick it to you the customer. I left a customer complaint on your corporate page. I have photos of what you gave me and it was not the Southern Quarter leg. You have me a burnt breast( charcoaled it) and a wing. I wouldn't feed that crappy meal to my dog. Your pettiness has cost you a customer at this location( not that you care). Plus "Miss A'Ja M" while you pretended to be nice your actions where otherwise very nasty. If you hate your job that much find a new one. Stop ruining the reputation of a great restaurant. Your cook needs a career change too, anyone that can't fry chicken should not be in a kitchen or pretend to. Your staff is ruining your business, if you're ok with customer complaints and comments more power to you. Do yourselves a favor start caring about your customers more. You were the worst !! You deserve ZERO stars due to zero customer service.
