Johnny's New York Style Pizza

I tried this Johnny’s for the first time tonight. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My order was quoted at 20 minutes; when I arrived, it took an additional 20 minutes and the customer service was terrible. They could care less. Strike 1. When my order finally came out, it was wrong. Strike 2. But at this point I didn’t want to wait another 40 minutes. When I got the order home, the garlic knots and the little garlic that was in the container was burned as well. They should call them garlic “nuggets” instead of garlic knots (please refer to the attached picture). Strike 3. I usually go to the Johnnys on Canton Rd, but I thought I would give this location a try. NEVER AGAIN. And based on the last few reviews I’ve just read, I’m surprised this location is still in business. Buyer beware, I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I’ll be going back to the Johnnys on Canton Rd. Better food and better service. Enough said.

We ordered a pizza and salad for delivery. An estimated delivery time was texted to me. But that time came and went many times. We finally got a message saying our order was canceled by Doordash. I called the store and Bella answered. She had me reorder, refunded my original payment and the new order was here in 20 minutes with a surprise piece of cheesecake for my inconvenience!! GREAT JOB, Bella!!

Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza was loaded and really delicious!!

Pizza is great but the customer service is terrible. I have done multiple takeouts seeing I live close and it gets worse every time. My first experience, I walked in and the staff didn’t say one word to me, I told them my name, they slammed the pizza on the counter and walked away.My next experience, I told them my name and the staff member just walked away mid sentence, she wasn’t off to find my pizza, just walked away and left me standing there. They were not busy, staff was just standing behind the bar talking and finally someone else came back minutes later and helped me, my pizza was already made and on the counter waiting.Sad that they’ve made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome every time we have come, good pizza but not worth the service. Guess I’ll find a new pizza place that’s close by.

Wouldn’t leave a star if i had the option. My daughter picked this place today for her birthday. Just me and her for lunch. Walked in, i see a sign that says “seat yourself” sure no problem. We sit down, waiting waiting waiting for someone to bring a menu. Then a group of white people walked in and the server brought their menus to them immediately. I sat patiently making eye contact with all the staff as they kept looking at me but no one brought us our menus. I’m utterly disgusted. I’ll never pull the racist card but today my feelings were extremely hurt and I’m holding back tears as i type this cause i don’t want my daughter to see me up set. We ended up leaving. Never again.

We wanted to try a new place out tonight and got the worst service. We were acknowledged once by the server and sat for 20 minutes before we decided to leave. My son and I were the only ones to get drinks and my husband never got his drink order taken at all. It really put a damper on our night and we probably won't be back.

The food was deliciousThe restrooms were gross ?The tables and the salt & pepper shakers were scary. Its sad because the food was truly descent. I will order takeout if I ever decide to go back. ?

The garlic knots were over cooked and nearly dry. We had strombolis that we're mediocre at best. My wife's drink disappeared when we asked for a refill. I believe it went to another table. They messed up the bill and charged less. Then while running the card they adjusted the cost close to the right price and charged the card without notification of changes. Weird. This is by far the worst Johnnie's. Go to a different one.

Pizza is good, beer is cold!Atmosphere is just a pizza place, nothing stands out.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I possibly had the worst dining experience I’ve ever had tonight at this location.I came to this location with my pregnant wife, daughter, and parents. I work in the customer service industry and don’t expect flawless/perfect service every day and everywhere you go but the way we were treated tonight is just sad and unacceptable.I personally ordered the “Baked Penne” which as described on the menu is seasoned ricotta cheese with penne pasta baked and topped with melted mozzarella cheese, in which the waitress came back and asked to clarify my order specifically to make sure she had it right not once but twice. When brought my meal I was brought spaghetti pasta with meat sauce.I did not eat this meal, it wasn’t what I ordered and didn’t even taste good itself. It had taken a while to get out our large order anyway so instead of sending back my meal to be replaced with what I actually ordered, I opted to eat on some of the pizza we ordered which was very good.When the waitress showed back around after 20 minutes and asked if we were ready for the check. I told her politely that my uneaten meal wasn’t what I had ordered but it wasn’t a problem I had pizza but just for her to remove it from the bill. Her response was verbatim..”oh….well you really confused me when you ordered it because you can order all this stuff in a bunch of different ways but I guess I can go take it off your bill.”I didn’t complain, I wasn’t disrespectful, and I didn’t cause a scene. Why she felt the need to blame me for not taking my order properly is beyond me. I didn’t make a bunch of request or changes to the meal I just asked for baked penne.. didn’t get that, got blamed for the fact that it was wrong, and got our receipt practically thrown at us.I don’t want any coupons or free stuff, one experience like this is enough for me to not deal with this location again, and I don’t even care for anyone to be fired or reprimanded…but do better and hire better.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Took over an hour and a half (partially delivery service) but the pizza arrived cold, not well prepared, completely missing some toppings, one side of the pizza was literally baked dough with nothing on it. Literally as bad as it gets. Unacceptable.

Always enjoy pizza and calzones. However ALL mozzarella sticks were empty with no cheese. Has happened multiple times. NOW I remember where.

Johhnys Pizza Old 41 Hwy, 30152Cashier did not even look at the online paid receipt to check if it matched the goods in the box which I paid in advance including tip. When I opened the box it was missing part of the order. I kindly mentioned it to the cashier who rolling her eyes as a response. The calzone was soaked in oil. I was not edible so it ended up in the garbage can. I hesitated to order food from this place since previous experiences were not good either. No wonder the place is empty. Oh, well, lesson learn.

Do yourself a favor, save your dollars from spending them in this Johhnys pizza hwy41 30152 and go to the Mexican restaurant next door.

My family and i were on a road trip and we stopped at this place to eat. The garlic rolls were on point, the mozzarella sticks were ok, the chicken wings were good and so was the pizza. Overall giving this place 4 to 4.5 stars.
