It's been a while since I had a stromboli so I decided to order from here despite the negative reviews. Best decision made. My Stromboli was delicious!
I’ll be honest, I don’t know what’s happening at this place. My last 3 experiences(within a month) I had to ask for service with the restaurant half full. Staff standing around texting. Pretty awful. Keep in mind I’ve applied professionally at this place twice with no real response from any owner or manager. I work at two restaurants within walking distance of this place. It would be nice if they had half the integrity of either. Place can’t keep up with their alcohol license or staff. I don’t know who franchises these things but they need to look into this place.

I ordered 2 meatball subs and felt bad giving them to the dogs. We’re disgusting and dry almost like they were made last Christmas. This is by far the worst location. The pizza is always soggy and way too much cheese, definitely not New York style. Do yourself a favor and visit the location off old 41. I will not be back to this location.

I have eaten here several times and it’s hasn’t been a good experience. We come for the music bingo and have come to notice that it’s always the same crowd of people who cheat on the game and win every time. The dj constantly plays the same old music and once asked if he plays anything newer he just walked away. I feel like he should at least play a very wide variety of songs to make it equal and only letting folks win once and not each time. Also a couple of times I have even had to get up from my meal to ask a girl at the counter for a refill which my waiter should have done. “ skinny guy with shaggy hair “ he doesn’t pay attention to his tables. It’s either that or the slack management should hire more to handle the crowd.

Ordered delivery, and I had ordered the lunch special. Was supposed to come with subs, chips, and drink. Didn't get my drink or chips. Also ordered the cinnamon knots and has to be the worst thing I've ever had. They are sitting in a bowl of melted butter, just soaking in it. I have never seen anything like this before. Unedible and can't even eat it. Tried the ones sitting on top, but all the ones on the bottom are completely ruined. Waste of money. Didn't get half my food and have to thrown away the rest. Won't come here again

Stopped by on a trip home while passing through this town. Wanted something that wasn’t a chain so we gave it a go. Between four of us, we had a couple flatbreads, a Stromboli and garlic cheese bread and a salad. Outstanding!!! This is delicious and authentic food. The sauce was so good. Will hopefully make another stop here in the future.
