Having breakfast here and there's good vibes with so much greenery everywhere, really pleasant place! My kid loved his waffles deluxe with fruit, delicious! .. this place its super kid friendly, healthy choices for them. Super recommended 👌

Parking: I found the prices to be quit high. I did a pick-up for a co-worker, and he seemed ok with the prices. An avocado toast was almost $10, as was the protein drink. The store was beautifully decorated with hanging Philodendron plants which gave it a pleasant atmosphere. Their inspection rating was 100. Looks like a great place to just sit, relax, and enjoy your meal.

Food is always AMAZING. Today I went in for the 25% discount off my entire order. I showed the young lady the text message as I was instructed. They charged me without giving me any discount at all. When I asked them about it they tried to press buttons to make it make sense but it didn’t. The total without the discount was less than the total I was charged. Please make it make sense. So I ended up paying full price when I was supposed to get a 25% discount and I think I paid more. They did not try to accommodate, recalculate, or give me the proper discount. I love their food but the customer service and lack of details makes me not want to come back.

They don’t take orders properly. They have attitude specially if are not Spanish they don’t care about you. Never go back to that place. I ordered this told them all I need but no lemon. They add lemon in it. In general not recommended to buy from them.

I came here for the first time. I ordered the dragon fruit acui bowl. I drove about 15 minutes away to get there and it was very nasty. I ended up throwing the entire bowl in the trash. The ingredients online were very misleading. When I tried to substitute the fruit they charged me extra. There attitude was blah. I will never come here again! If I could give them a zero I would! Poor customer service!

My favorite juice/smoothie/açaí spot! Not only is the Juice Factory owned my an amazing friendly family, but they have only fresh ingredients! Every single time I come here my smoothie is made to perfection and they will even allow you to sample it before it is given to you to make sure it is just how you would like it. Please do not hesitate to visit here! They have the best atmosphere and do not hesitate to assist with anything you may need.
