Came here because the kiddos wanted it. They said the food was good. The sides come in a very small container so not much. I ordered online for pickup in store. Online ordering was easy and convenient. My order was ready when I arrived. Did have to wait a bit as my order was behind the counter, no big deal. I guess they do that so no one takes it. No napkins or straws were put on the bag though. But kids were happy with it.

I picked up a late lunch yesterday through the drive thru. My original plan for lunch changed last minute and I just NEEDED food. So, I wasn’t expecting too much from my last minute turn into KFC. Hadn’t had KFC in several years, but I was definitely surprised! The girl working the drive thru was incredibly nice! She answered my questions and made polite conversation while the food was being prepared. I wish I had gotten her name because she was just so kind. All of the food was hot, delicious, and filling. I’ll be back and this time it won’t be years between visits.
We visited the drive thru on December 18th 2024 around 3:15pm and Daniyah took great care of us. She was super friendly, warm and patient. The food was fresh and delicious and we definitely return! 100% satisfaction, would recommend to all. Thanks Daniyah for all that you do!

I ordered a 4 piece chicken combo, all drumsticks, fries, and sauces. They didn’t give me sauces and gave me 4 wings that didn’t have any meat on them. That’s what I get for eating fast food.

Customer service is outstanding, and the food is fresh.
Ordered a famous bowl and the server who refused to give me her name gave me a bowl of corn gravy and mashed. When I stated it had no chicken, she said I must have eaten it. Her manager Tyrone then offered me 5 pieces of chicken nuggets to put on the slop. I asked for a 2 piece chicken for the same $5 to compensate me and he put 2 pieces of chicken in a box and gave it to me. This place is something else. It's not the place but the people employed there. Smh.

This is the 2nd time we have ordered a 2 piece all white, mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. It was repeated back correctly, but the folks filling orders do t know white from dark.
I once again got all dark meat. A wing looks nothing like a drumstick and a thigh looks nothing like a breast.
Very unhappy. Twice…. REALLY

I just left here, I bought the $20 6 piece meal. Everything was good except for my mashed potatoes, they tasted like spoiled milk. I've called the store twice and let the phone ring about 20 times each and no one will answer. I hope they read this and toss those potatoes.
