Kokee Tea - Town Center at Cobb

i bought the brown sugar boba there today and paid extra for no ice, extra for double boba, and extra for coconut milk because i am lactose intolerant. when i received the drink it had no ice but wasn't even close to being filled all the way, had less boba than the people that only bought one serving of boba, and i thought they at least gave me the coconut milk i paid for. i thought it was strange that it tasted like it had normal milk in it but my questions where answered when i got one of the worst stomach aches i have ever felt after.

Stopped for a quick drink while shopping sales at the mall. The store shop was clean and had cute plush and other small novelty items for sale. The staff seemed a little stressed or that they didn’t want to be there, but I’ll give her benefit of the doubt as this time of year can be a lot in the service industry.

I ordered the Mango Passionfruit Tea with mango boba. It was an okay drink, but I have had better in other local boba shops.

I am just getting into boba tea, but it is so good! This place was my first experience with it and I could not get enough. The bursting boba were like pieces of joy bursting in my mouth.

The first brown sugar bubble milk tea that I've had that I actually enjoyed finishing. They do it right. Not too milky, not too sweet. Brown sugar syrup around the cup. Better than the 6 other bubble tea places I've tried around town.

The little boy who made my drink had the most disgusting attitude when I ordered my drink. He looked me up and down and rolled his eyes as if he were disgusted by my presence. As for my drink, it was ok compared to all the other boba spots I’ve been to. Costumer service was overall horrible and you guys should really rethink who you’re hiring. That boy really ruined my already horrible day and i just wanted a drink to cheer me up.
