Dogital coupon did not work

By FAR the worst Kroger I have ever been to. The staff here is rude as hell. Daisy was HORRRRRIBLE to me and my father today. Rude, no help, had an attitude and disrespected us. I highly suggest going to the Publix down the road it’s so much cleaner, and the customer service there is actually helpful.

Clean. Well stocked. Feels safe.

This location has issues with being stocked on items that are in stock, but this location also has expired items very often on their shelves. Just tonight at 8:45 on 10/2/24, these items that expired July 30, 2024 were on an end cap. Brought it to the self check out man’s attention, and he seemed to not understand or perhaps there was a language barrier issue; with me speaking the English language.

Not sure if there's been a change in management or significant staff turnover, but this locations has gone downhill in recent months.

Don't go here unless you plan on waiting in line all day. No cashiers, only 5 self checkouts by the door are opened. Nobody is even at the service desk but I counted 6 employees that were just standing around not doing anything. They could at least open the other area if self checkouts. The line was all the across the front of the store, reaching over to the pharmacy area.

Exlent service and friendly people.

This Kroger is like all the others I go to...has what I need at okay prices. If you go "early" like before 9am, expect to use "self-checkout". No cashier or bagger available...had to ask for a cashier, and bag my own groceries. I'm not a paid Kroger employee, but like most stores these days, they expect you to "augment" the staff on your way out...

While we have had mixed experiences in the past, our last visit (8/2) was possibly the worst ever. 1 cashier working with a long line, and we witnessed several employees standing around self check chatting. Cashier never called for assistance. Bagger started to help but left in the middle of our order to go stand with other employees. No Manager in sight, even after the request for one.
Cashier is ONLY employee who interacted with us in spite of constantly passing in-store shoppers. Kroger clearly has disdain for in-store customers. Kroger, if you only want pick-up/delivery customers, why do you maintain Brick and Mortar stores that are employed & managed by people who won’t help customers? From 20 year+ retail veterans

I was struggling getting a cart from inside as it was stuck, and this handsome gentleman name hamilton helped me out and got me a cart!!!

Store is alright. Only one check out lane open, forcing everyone to go through self check out. There was only one attendant, and multiple people waiting for help. Literally watched two customers leave their stuff and walk away because it was taking so long to get help. Check out system is terrible and no help to be found.

I went to the store tonight to return bad chicken that I purchased earlier today. Even thought I got there before 930pm and they close at 11pm, customer service was closed. The person who worked the customer service desk was still there but said it was already closed and I would have to come back tomorrow. Its ridiculous that they couldn't even do a refund from the cash register.

Some Sale items confusing (example Northern toilet paper--sign posted under item reads $5.99 -$1.00=$4.99 ). When I get home and review my receipt. I find that I paid $5.99. $ 6.99-$1.00. I was about to return to store but reviewed weekly ad again and saw that $ 4.99 was the price if I purchased 4 particular items. A week or so earlier, I had a similar experience with a pint of strawberries. The sign under the berries read $1.99. I purchased 2 pints, only to discover later that I paid $3.29 each. I also purchased flour tortillas that day. There was no price/rather I didn't see a sign. I forgot to watch the register during check out. The package had 8 tortillas in it and the price was about $5. I spent $94 @Kroger that day. About 2 weeks earlier, I spent over$100, at Kroger . Currently, I spend about $300 per/mo. at Kroger. Over 20 years, I have shopped Kroger when there are 3 Publixs, nearby. I am troubled and wondering is it time to change grocery stores.
Thank you.

3 self checkout registers open for a Sunday morning. Erica sat there on her phone and did not help any of us and when we got her attention she rolled her eyes and didn't talk
