Horrible service, hardly ever have cashiers, poor customer service, and meanwhile they have greater increases in prices than other stores we shop at. They have a couple of items I cannot find in other stores, otherwise I would not go there at all.

I am ashamed I did not get the name of wonderful lady that helped me with my fresh sliced Cajun turkey and pepper jack cheese this evening at the Kroger off of Jiles Rd. In Kennesaw, Ga. today June, 25th 2022 around 5:30 this evening. She did her job, put up with my somewhat ignorant questions and when I went to pick up my order, she just said something, and did something that made the awful day I was having so much better. Yes its just a deli oreder and It wasn't much to all who witnessed our ending conversation, but it will forever be embedded in my heart. A simple deed, and a huge gesture on a personal level that I will never forget. I will see her tomorrow, just a note that this world is obviously going "south" but it's an awesome feeling when this world has you at the breaking point, that someone as sweet, honest and genuine as this wonderful women steps in and unknowingly gives you strength to keep moving on...my appreciation and gratitude to her will not go untold, to say thank you isn't enough...

We just had, the BEST fried chicken from the deli. So fresh, moist...flavor throughout all the meat, and crispy on outside, so delicious!

The last several times I've been, had to do self service. No lanes were open. NOT will to do that !! Publix is cleaner, always willing to help.

Iï¸ got food poisoning from Kroger ground meat. Manager couldn't even come down from his tower to even speak to me. Tried to reach out to corporate and they blew me off too.
