Went here for a girls night, the food was excellent, the drinks were strong and the service was incredible. My friend put in a request for music and they actually played it for her! We still talk about this night, because the experience was so great!

011824 / 6:17PM - Customer Service - Called the location this evening and a male answered the phone. I explained I was calling about an UBER order (cause I needed to make sure the notes were read) and sat on hold for over 5 minutes. I listened to workers talking throughout the process. The phone was finally disconnected and continued to call back, and not to receive a fax machine (Over & Over). Very poor customer service and phone skills.
I love this place. Even when with all the problems the storm caused today, they are friendly and food was good. We love this place for big groups.

Food was ok. Fajitas only supply you with 3 small soft shells. Service was not good. She was polite but not very attentive. Had to ask a number of times for drink refills and salsa/chips.

Ordered the steak grande burrito. Plain white rice with some beans and a bunch of chewy/hard pieces of fat. Very bland food. Also had a pitcher of their “double shot” mango margarita. There was next to no alcohol in it. It was an expensive sugary fruit drink that is loaded with ice. The guacamole appetizer was a massive onion with some guacamole thrown in for color. Service was poor and the bathroom was dirty. It’s a shame cause this place used to be so good.

We ate here as a group of 6 and had horrible service…. And on top of of it we saw THIS in our drink!!!!!!AND THE MANAGER ADMITTED THERE IS A ROACH PROBLEM!!!!!!!The only thing that is Okay is that we didn’t get charged for our food.
