My grandson loves this pizza - but I will not order again - I simply cannot understand why the delivery driver left the food on the ground - I answered the door knock right way - totally unacceptable.

Went to this location to pick up Uber decided to purchase myself a pizza as well. There were only two people back there working a young boy with black hair and a young boy with blonde hair. The blonde haired fella was sneezing while making the pizzas sneezing out in the open, cleaning his nose in the open not sure if he sanitized his hands as well. The time I went there was between 3 PM and 4 PM is very unsanitary and if people get sick they would be extremely upset. I feel like if you’re sick, you should either wear a mask or don’t come to work.

Great location and food. However it’s a bit hard to turn left out of the plaza during rush hour. Online orders were made on time, ample parking on weeknights.

I ordered a deep dish pizza with pepperoni, ham, and mushrooms. When I got it there was no pepperoni at all. There were maybe 2 pieces of ham on the entire pizza and one mushroom.

I am standing at the front counter waiting to pick up an order. I have been standing here for over 20 minutes as two male employees continue walking back and forth and are just looking at me. Not a single word has been said to me. One of them has made eye contact a few times. One has come to the front counter to get something, but no one has bothered to speak! Another guy came in shortly after I did and he waited 15 minutes before finally stopping the guy who was walking past us again so he could place his order. I am just standing here waiting to see how long it will be before someone acknowledges my presence. If I hadn’t already paid, I’d have walked out.

Ill never order or pay any more money this place forget items all the time because these new Young dumb teenagers who work in public restaurants never READ the orders correctly stay off the damn PHONE !!!

Running special for 3 meat treat for $8.99. I ordered the 3 meat treat over phone and requested thin crust due to swallowing issues. She never said that you couldn’t order the special with thin crust without up charge. I arrived for pick up to be told it is $5 more for thin crust after the pizza is ready. She then made me wait for 10 minutes to get the $8.99 with regular crust when the thin crust was already ready and made. I guess throwing the pizza away or eating it for themselves is better than good customer service for their mistake.
