It’s a gambleThe woman handling the food didn’t have gloves on, I figured, maybe she strictly prepares the food while someone else handles the person-to-person stuff. In the middle of preparing my meal she puts the serving spoon down (keep in mind she’s barehanded) grabs a tooth pick with meat on it and hands it to someone walking by, then goes back to serving my food.
