Great server who was thoughtful, cheerful and attentive. However, the food fell short of what we typically experience at Longhorn. Our shrimp appetizer and baked potatoes were almost too salty to eat. We noticed that the table next to us sent their food back for being overly spiced.

Terrence was the best in every aspect this Gentleman deserves more recognition due to the fact that he takes care of his customers beyond and above expectations, I’ve never had the pleasure to be taken care like I did today. I wish and hope that he can be promoted, Nick was an amazing Manager whom listen and appreciate our critique and our input on his restaurant and personal, this place is a 5 star in everything. We love to dine in our country and every state we touch down in but I’m not going to lie I will definitely make this my home to for ever occasion that I’m here in Kennesae GA. I wish to say Terrence we love you appreciate you and God Bless you, you’re and amazing person and you will always be in our minds every time we are here. This is the type of service and customer care every restaurant should have , you guys should be in the restaurant gods manual on how it needs to be ran. Thank You Nick and Terrence and the Crew. Yall made our night we appreciate you guys from our hearts.

We went in today to dine in for lunch. We had the pleasure of having Ryan as our server! Some of the best service we’ve received. Ryan was extremely attentive, very nice and warm welcoming personality, quick service and so friendly!! He’s truly an asset to this establishment! Thank you Ryan for great customer service!! Went on a Saturday… Was told a 5-minute wait for my party of 5. Held the door open for a party of 12, and a party of 4, both black; I am white. The black host, with dreads, proceeded to clean tables and seat both of the black party’s before me and forced me to wait over 30 minutes for a table. The white hostess female quit looking at me after about 15-minutes. She had reddish hair. Then the food took over an hour, and was improperly cooked. The Brussels sprouts had a stem that stabbed me in the mouth…but the manager was obviously on pain pills and drinking, so I gave up even talking to him. Horribly run racist restaurant and location.

I guess I could rate the service a little higher with Jacob being the waiter that decided to take our table we came in waited 20 minutes to be seated understood it was busy, once we seated no lie we had to wait like 15 minutes before I was like well where is our waitress after 20 minutes had passed and no one had even greeted our table I went to the hostess stand the hostess who seemed to be a deer in headlights had no idea who the table belonged to apparently so I told her to get the manager for me immediately I was so livid my husband and I we're on a long overdue date and it was just going all wrong the manager came out she was very apologetic but I wasn't trying to hear her my apologies to her now but she did speak with my husband offered him a couple of beers and a free appetizer and told us that the waitress did not know that was her table. This is where I have a problem of course the manager had to say that to clean up the situation but we're in a busy longhorn on a Friday or a Saturday I forget which day it was so all the tables were already been designated to a waitress how come this waitress did not know that we were her table and if we were not her table who's table were we because all the tables were full so where was the waiter that was supposed to come to our table it was actually a bunch of crap I love the outlaw rib eye but apparently they tried to expedite our food because we have been waiting so long and my stake came to the table burnt I didn't even want to complain about it because too much had happened already so I told my husband let's pay the check and go but they replaced our so-called waitress that forgot that was her table with Jacob if you ever go into this longhorn ask for Jacob he was a great waiter but I have to say I was disappointed in the cook the steak was terrible and the service was worse. You know I didn't want to use the race card but this particular waitress was a white girl and I'm black and I saw her look at our table more than once before I went to complain there was a group of white people that was seated right after us and she went directly to their table I used to be a waitress I hear some of the waitresses talking in the back I have a feeling she just didn't want to take our table but don't quote me on that it's just a thought based on the experience I had

Staff were very efficient, clean environment. One of my favorite items on the menu has changed the pork chops are now boneless pork chops I don't like that as well as the chicken tenders are very small. I love Longhorn, but I'm not happy with the changes on the menu.
