I ordered my food as was told it would take about 45 minimum until delivery. I called back after waiting an hour with no food. I was told it was out for delivery and if I could just wait a few more minutes for the driver. After an hour and 20 minutes after I placed my order I called back. They acted surprised that I didn't have my food. They told me that they would call the driver and see what the delay was and would call me right back. After waiting 10 more minutes and not receiving a call back I tried to call once again. The didn't answer the phone. Finally an hour and 40 minutes after I placed my order I finally got my food. It was warm but bland. We will be sure to never order from this restaurant in the future. I would recommend anyone looking to eat good Chinese food to look elsewhere.

The lady at the front that sat us and served us was very nice. There was too much sauce on the entrees. Both the sesame chicken and the general Tso’s Chicken tasted pretty much the same (they’re not supposed to). Another problem was that we were served in plastic to go containers. We were the only ones in the restaurant. It sounded like someone (staff) in the back was eating off of a plate, even though we got to go containers for the soup, eggroll, and the entree.

Worst experience ever. They use their own delivery driver with GrubHub who does not read the delivery instructions. He banged on our door at 11pm at night and woke up our children even though the instructions clearly request as contact-free delivery with no knock. He then proceed to raise his voice at me and yell at my front door even though I asked him to keep his voice down as my neighbors were sleeping. This has happened multiple times. Never again.

This place hasn’t let me down and I have been coming for years. The food is good, the service is always great, and their prices are unmatched. This place seems to get a lot of Togo orders, but not a lot of dine in business. You do eat on Togo plates, but that doesn’t bother me. Everything we have had has been good. I really like the amount of choices they have. Their Vietnamese food is very delicious.

The food just. Wasn't real good was very, very disappointed. Was my first and last time the beef was tough. The vegetables were overcooked. The chiskin drumstick was way overcooked not very happy at all.
They always have such an amazing attitude and are extremely friendly!! Which is just the cherry on top to their exquisite cuisine! I would definitely try their dumplings ? ? deep fried / pan fried with the dipping sauces they give you? just too good.

Update: I haven't been in awhile as their dining room wasn't open for a year or two since covid. Went a near a year ago and they seated me in dining room, but I was the only patron, bizarre given there delicious food, all the orders were being picked up by customers. Food and service was great.
Tried again mid June, I called to ensure dining room is open, and they said yes, so we drove to the restaurant. I walked in and asked the guy at the register of the dining room was open as no one was in there, and he said , Yes, but we will serve you on to go plates and boxes. I asked what and he repeated. I said no thank you and left. Why would I want a dining experience of food served on paper plates and foam boxes, I don't even do that at home. I am certain it would include plastic sporks and I don't do that at home or much less hiking and camping.
So we walked out turned right and are eating at the new Japanese restaurant next door.
Why would a business, naah, never mind, damn shame, great food deserves better than foam boxes, paper plates, and plastic forks.
Its difficult to find real traditional vietnamese food in the land of Biscuits and Gravy. I encourage others to try the viet dishes and be exposed to a new realm of flavor.
