Order a biscuit to go, customer ahead of me order same biscuit dine in and his they fried and mine they pulled out of warming drawer. Will not be back

I can’t lie this was probably the worst biscuit I’ve had in a while. Every bite would need 3 gallons of water to combat the dryness. And it was super expensive . Don’t waste your time .

I ordered 2 specialty coffees with toffee, biscuits & gravy, and the Maple Street biscuit. The food came up first, but the coffees were delivered halfway thru the food. I asked about them, but it still took much longer than it should have.
Overall experience was good.

Food is fine, they need to chill with constantly changing the menu and just stick to biscuits. The real downside is that I've come here multiple times when it's freezing out and they have the AC blasting. It's a tad ridiculous to have a restaurant so cold. Most people have their coats on still because it's absolutely miserable trying to sit inside and eat.

Take an anonymous poll. People HATE having to answer this question of the day and listen for someone to scream it across the restaurant, and then realize it's someone with the same answer. Your employees hate it, your patrons hate it. Just get ride of it!

Food is great! Somebody's gotta bring up the one bad thing so it can be fixed!

Ordered the chicken and waffles. Chicken dry and burnt. Plain waffles taste like cardboard. Plain does not mean flavorless. The potatoes tasted 3 days old and room temperature. So was the chicken and waffle.

Lady at register was nice and helpful when ordering.

Tables and floor were rather sticky. Kitchen area was chaotic.

2 orders with 2 waters, and a side of potatoes came in at $33. and some change. Please change.

My usual reviews are kind. This visit does not inspire me to ever visit again.

I usually love maple street biscuit company but this time my order for one breakfast sandwich was 25 mins……

2.5 stars. Food was just ok. Nothing particularly notable. Waffles were cold. Tacos were just ok. Sausage wasn't very flavorful and potatoes were meh. Bacon wasn't crispy. Coffee was very average. Price are high for a self service type restaurant. Atmosphere is a big miss. All hard services leaves nothing to absorb sound. It's incredibly loud and you can't hear when your order is called.

The food was the only reason this review has stars. I called in an order. I was told it would be 10 minutes. So I get there in about 10 minutes. Tell me why I said “I have a pickup order” and they ask my name and accept my money, but then walk away.

So I’m waiting. Maybe it’s not done yet. And then I’m still waiting, as employees are doing prep work, walking right by me sitting there. And then 25 minutes have passed, and there is nobody in there and not very many tickets printing. And ask “could someone check on my order?”

It was in the warmer the whole time 🫠

Gross me out completely knowing how to hear that in the kitchen here was everywhere. The cook picked up a waffle with his bare hands just after he wiped down the counter with a towel he had in his hands. Cleanliness it's not their forte.

If you like kids with no hair nets that don't wash their hands and talk over your food this is the place. The sanitary violations I witnessed will never allow me to eat hear.
Person clean tables, walks in back stars making coffee never washed hands, cook cleaning counters, uses same hands no gloves to pick up waffle of waffle maker and the runs hands threw hair to adjust hat..then starts cooking again.. no hair nets hair all over. Uggg

Placed online order for pick up at 7:46am. Order said it would be ready for pick up at 8:09. Did not receive food until 8:32am. Biscuits were barely warm on pick up and was cold by the time I made it home for us to eat. Poorly run operation and disappointing for a place charging these prices for simple breakfast items. Stick to Waffle House. Better food. Service and price

This place is usually great. Last time we waited 30 minutes for our food and the order was wrong. We saw 4 other people go up to the counter with incorrect orders during our wait.

After waiting another 15 minutes to get our correct order, the new food was still wrong! Incredible.
