Ordered my food after an awkward encounter at the register,a girl tells me to hang on then proceeded to do tasks while I waited for her to take my order a gentleman had to approach her to make her take my order. Chalk it up to youth so whatever. I waited almost 30 minutes before they had my food ready. I sit back down and take a bite of the potatoes and they are ❄️, then I try my main and it's cold from top to bottom, the egg was literally chilled and cold while the biscuit , chicken and gravy were xooler than room temperature! I've spent over $20 for a coffee chicken biscuit and two half dollar size hash brown! I take my food back to the counter and tell them I just want a refund, the girl knew immediately what to do and refunds my food but not my coffee, that I didn't realize until after I walked out. A manager did ask what was wrong and he did try to offer to make it again but I refused due to this already taking up my entire break time to eat, I couldn't afford to waste another 30 minutes waiting on a simple breakfast.I don't mind paying for that coffee because it was good and I did have one cup but it still kinda bothers me. Don't have high hopes with this place, waffle House does a much better job.There's a picture of $20 worth of food!!!

This was our first visit to this location and it was so nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. My friend loved her omelette and I loved my steak and gravy biscuit. Jonathan and Lee came to ask how we enjoyed our meals and ask if we needed anything and they were so kind. We even got to try their cinnamon biscuits and they were yummy too. Highly recommend this place!

Ordered delivery this morning and was amazing, I got a vanilla latte and was hot and better than Starbucks, they even threw in extra apple butter for my biscuit which I love. Had been to the location a few months ago with my husband and it was great then too. The gravy does has a kick, but we like it!

Great place to get a nice bite to eat. I visit mostly when I'm in the vicinity of one of these restaurants. I was having my vehicle services when I visited the first time. I got the Squawking Goat which (chicken biscuit, bacon and goat cheese covered in a spicy jam) was unlike anything i expected but pleasantlyenjoyed. The quality was there in the taste which justified the cost, which is a tad bit expensive but . Everything seems to be made to order from the sandwiches to the freshly juiced orange juice. The coffee choices are of a nice variety of constantly changing. This place is definitely worth it to check out. If I'm in the neighborhood it's a first choice.Parking: This location is within a small shopping center. With there is always plenty of parking when I visit.

The girls and service were great, however there was a hair in my hash brown bowl, which they apologized for and returned, so I decided to just eat my biscuit and there was a hair in the jelly as well ? 2 hairs one in each dish. The guys in the kitchen need to be wearing hair nets. I understand things happen but this was completely avoidable!

I went there today and enjoyed breakfast special. I’ve been there several times and the staff is always nice and professional. I spoke to the manager and I believe his name was Lee. I told him that I appreciate his staff. I’ll be back again soon. Keep up the great work. Kennesaw location.

The food was great. The concrete floors and hard feet on the chairs makes for a very annoying experience, especially because the place is essentially self service (a lot of getting into and out of chairs). There are no soft surfaces in the place to absorb the noises.
