Received my pizza via door dash. Not only was my pizza missing the black olives but it included an extra topping. Some hair!!! I called the restaurant and they blamed doordash. Doordash has nothing to do with the fact that you didn’t do your jobs.

Worse experience getting pizza. I ordered online at 5:45. Order was to be ready at 6. I go in and wait for someone to wait on me. Tell them my order. I stand and wait. 10 minutes go by and someone comes in and orders at the counter. People are coming in getting their orders. Now it’s 6:30 and he asked me what my order was for the 2nd time and I tell him to give me a refund since I have ordered at 5:45 and still didn’t get my order. At the same time the woman that walked into order gets her food. What are we doing?

The wings were burnt, the pizza had bubble spots and no cheese and dough chewy. Called to advise and was left on hold hearing the people in the back. The new staff running this place are disgusting and lack customer service. Same gloves making the pizza cashing out the customers. Get out of Kennesaw with this garbage. Will be contacting corporate and advising. Restaurant looks horrible. Will be contacting Cobb County Food Inspection as well so many violations. Wish I could post the wings and pizza they had the audacity to serve. Appalled and disgusted

Ordered an hour before closing. Wasnt even a big order, just 1 large pizza. Got an order confirmation and my card was charged. My fiance went to pick it up and he calls me saying it looks like theyre closed and he sees what look to be the employees getting in their car. I guess they just decided to leave early. They should reject orders if they decide to close early instead of inconveniencing customers by charging their card and having them drive all the way out just to find out we aint getting our food. Very disappointed, should've listened to the bad reviews regarding the employees.

The place does get super hot inside as the AC is on its last legs or something. Im pretty sure they had to revive it in the middle of the summer.

On Tuesday, August 12th @ 8:30 p.m., I received a half-cooked, inedible Philly cheese pizza prepared by the heavy-set black-American male with the dreadlock hairstyle. I love and frequent this Marco's location the most, and have never had a complaint until tonight--just please keep the consistency going. My very first time trying the Philly cheese pizza last week was thoroughly cooked, approving to the eye, and delicious! Heavy rains once I arrived home, so instead of returning the pizza, I played pizza chef and...now this review exists.

I ordered one pizza for delivery and my bank account alerted me to two pizzas being ordered and I got a second alert for another $40.53 charge. So I order one pizza for $20 and end up being charged 80+ dollars for what was supposed to be one pizza. Is this really any way to run a business? I think not.

Not going back. Ordered pizza for delivery. It had not arrived in 1 1/2 hours. I called to get a status and was met with a very rude worker. I asked for the manager and they stated he was busy and declined to put them on the phone. After insisting the manager answered and said the pizza was out and would get there when it got there. After 3 hours of waiting the pizza never arrived and I had to drive up to the store to void my order. I would get pizza there often, but no more. This was the worst experience I have had for awhile. Seems to be a trend in the restaurant business.
