Did not give sufficient ice drink, when I asked if they refused to either remake the drink or just give a small cup of ice. They have side condiments but the front counter said they didn’t even though they are right behind them. I would not eat here, the service is very poor.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot believe they actually gave me this salad. Horrible service and product here. I ordered the Savannah chopped salad. I got some kind of mystery meat thrown on the side. I’ve literally never seen a salad look so nasty. What horrible service.
Also all the McAlister’s deli have gluten free bread. When I asked if this location had gluten free bread the kitchen worker laughed at me. The girl up front at least tried to help.

I usually enjoy eating here but I waited over 40 minutes for a very simple order today. The staff was very unorganized and there was food sitting and waiting for long period of time. Very disappointing.
Missing food and disgruntled employees. The man that is the manager with the beard is extremely rude .

Place a to-go order and get here right at the “ready by” time. Nearly 30 minutes later and still no food. Called the phone number 5 times and it rang and rang and rang. I want my money back.
