Instant review….still in the parking lot!! Terrible customer service. My order was taken by a dude with nose piercings…After paying for my order, I told him/her that there were no paper towels in the men’s bathroom. He smirks and has no response or respect to acknowledge the lack of customer service at this establishment…I waited two mins for my meal that was thrown on the front pick up table as he/she was yelling 215!! Did close my bag nor did he hand it to me….Another thing….I go to get my drink and the entire area is filthy. Soda all on the counter….napkins on the floor. At least have someone clean or check the area..drive thru was the only thing booming. Only myself and two others(already eating) were inside. Customer service is pivotal. You chose this profession. No matter who you are? Or what kind of life you are having?? If you clock in? Show some damn respect and dignity for yourself and your company!!!

We ordered three 10-piece nugget meals and one two-cheeseburger meal with multiple sauces. We didn't get an entire 10-piece nugget meal OR ANY SAUCES (honey, honey mustard and ranch were requested). No napkins. No straws. Rosa was the one handing us the bag in the drive thru and she apparently was a crew trainer according to her name tag. She did not check the bag at all. Also, the phone number listed for this location is disconnected, so we have no way to contact the restaurant.
EDIT: To respond to the owner about filling out the form on the Contact page of McDonalds Corporate, I tried to fill out the form over 4 times and every time I click submit, it states PAGE NOT FOUND. Another way to contact that isn’t working.

My mom told me she handed the cashier the exact change in order to receive $4 in singles in return and was met with hostility from the cashier. Telling my mom she was wrong and they couldn’t do that. She apparently even gave attitude to her own manager. On top of that, there is no consideration for what is put on the order. A hamburger with only ketchup specified not to add cheese will still come with cheese. Not very great customer service. Do better

Young (Female Hispanic ) shift manager at night did not want to make amends to her team messing up the order. A simple sorry would’ve been fine. Instead of negotiating whether the receipt was real from 10mins ago. Here I am leaving a review like a karen. Cmon y’all .

Got breakfast this morning and asked for their breakfast salsa . The girl hit me with IM BUSY. That’s quite literally your job is to take my order and provide me with my food and any condiments needed . I’m actually super confused on what type of customer service that is . After I bit my tongue and waited she proceeded to tell me she was busy and next time I should say something at the speaker for condiments .

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s ever since I started going to Kennesaw State University which is about 5 years now. And for the most part I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. But earlier today at about 8:50AM an older woman who works there rudely put her computer and other stuff on top of my charger. Mind you I was catching up on my classes on my phone because I usually eat my breakfast here and do some homework before I go to my class. But she rudely put her stuff on top of my charger and said that I have to go, mind you I’ve been coming here for years spending my hard earned money and nobody ever bothered me at all. After this horrible experience I’m never coming back to this McDonald’s location ever again.

The young man at the cash window kindly paid for my meal of 5 dollars and said he wanted to do a kind deed today! He showed my children and I that everyday is a good day to do kindness to others whether it’s paying for a small meal or just being there for one another. Thank you! ☺️

I come there all the time and today my granddaughter and I went there and I got the usual. I had to pull over to wait for my order and they got to the car. They forgot my soda and they never gave me my receipt. I get the same thing all the time for me and my granddaughter and they charged me six dollars more than I’ve paid. I didn’t know it until I seen It on my bank mobile I can’t get a hold of the owner to get my money back. Does anyone know the number to this McDonalds ? The one online says it was disconnected

I went in and ordered a small chocolate milkshake. What I received was a very minimal amount of chocolate, mostly whipped cream.. love whipped cream but that's all it was no chocolate ice cream at all
