I went to go to grab a bite to eat. And the workers were hiding instead of taking the order. I had to order through the app. Terrible service.

This place was bad. The waitress had an attitude, both of them, the food was sticky like the packaging for the burgers and the ketchup packs and i asked for 2 frappes, and only got one, and instead of adding them to my order, they said go back around and wait in the like full of cars

Everytime I come to this one they put my fires in the bag upside down. lol wats even the point of putting them in a fry pouch if all u going to do is dump them in the bottom of the bag
To this day, this place only hires undiagnosed special needs people that will always get it wrong and can’t follow a basic list of words. I’m surprised if any employee there can say one full complex sentence. The manager can not read, tried to show them my receipt and they got dumbfounded.

The fries were good.
Yesterday, I witnessed an unsettling incident at the McDonald’s near my house that really made me reflect on how one act of rudeness can deeply affect someone. A grandmother with her grandchildren was treated poorly by a young employee named Zania at the drive-thru.
The woman had a mobile order but wasn’t able to provide her code at the first window because no one responded to her at the speaker. Understandably, she assumed it wasn’t working and drove forward. Instead of addressing the issue kindly, Zania scolded her, saying she was “messing up the line” and complained about having to fix everything. Her tone and attitude were unnecessary and disrespectful.
The grandmother, already going through a hard time—visiting her father who had just suffered a heart attack—was visibly upset. She decided the food wasn’t worth the disrespect and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, the situation escalated as Zania processed the refund with even more rudeness. When the lady, overwhelmed by the treatment, started to stand up for herself, Zania called the police.
This incident broke my heart. The grandmother confided in me that she has PTSD, and the disrespect and tension triggered her deeply. People don’t realize the battles others are fighting. A little kindness could have changed everything.
What stood out to me even more is that I recognized this employee as a student at the university where I work. It’s a small world, and people should always remember that their actions have consequences—they never know who they might encounter later in life or who is connected to whom.
It’s also disheartening to see this lack of compassion becoming a trend among some younger employees, especially on night shifts. Respect and empathy go a long way, especially in customer service. I hope the management at this McDonald’s addresses this issue and emphasizes the importance of treating all customers with respect, regardless of the situation.
To anyone reading this: Remember, your actions can have lasting impacts. You never know what someone is going through, so let’s choose kindness over rudeness.

Gave me the wrong food . It was not busy so I don't understand how you guys messed it up . The spicy chicken sandwich you gave me instead of what I ordered was old and nasty. You guys usually do a great job but not tonight
