Employees make it seem like its the most insane inconvenience that you are ordering food. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive-thru. Once i got around to the window to pay, the employee says the total and i hold out my phone to touchless pay. He bangs my phone with the machine not looking at what hes doing and then slams the window shut immediately. Goes back to eating his apple slices, no receipt no other words. Waited 10 minutes at the window just to have me pull up and wait another 15 minutes. Had some of the worst experiences at this mcdonalds ive ever had in any fast food experience.

So first me and my sister ran some errands on Saturday and decided to go and have some food from McDonald’s upon getting the attention of the the rude young lady that tried to take our order after she asked us what kinda of sauce we wanted she proceeded to tell us that it was unavailable, I said order a meal that consisted of a ten nugget with a large fry, the last time I checked combos come with a drink ? I was charged $12 and given o e ketchup and one sauce or be charged for another ? This was told to me by the rude guy with the glasses the food that we ordered overall was 🤮 0/10
