I went through the drive threw to pick up a mobile order. They had missed an idea and my drink was not good. They asked my to pull up and after waiting 10 mins I went inside and wait ankth 5 five mins. When I ask for a fresh order they said I had want I needed. They had a full staff so there was no reason so missing such a simple thing as fires.

I ordered my mobile order through the McDonalds mobile app. I waited 20-30 minutes in the drive through wasting my gas because none of your workers cared to assist anyone in the drive through, I began to think that no one worked there at all. Then the lady working randomly told everyone at the drive through, through the speaker to go inside. I go inside and wait for her to assist me I waited 2 hours in total 1:30 inside the store and 30 minutes in the driveway for no reason. She starts having an attitude with ALL of the customers saying there were only 3 of them and 100 people inside. There were not there was no more then 15. And I was being kind and asked her about my order and she proceeded to tell me they are working on it and walk anyway. I patiently waited another hour for my order and asked her again because everyone who was in the store while I was there left and a whole bunch of new people came in and she has still yet to confirm my order. I then asked her again about it and then she looks for it and then proceeds to make other peoples meals and then I wait another 10-20 minutes about mine again and then she says they dont have it and shes not making it even though I showed her 3 times the order on my phone through the app. I then asked her why she didnt tell me this before and she had a attitude and got aggressive with me. This service is unacceptable. For a description on this lady she was one out of three people working the night shift. There was a lightskin woman a man and a darker skinned women and it was the dark skin short lady who was very disrespectful to me. The other associates were not rude.

I order 2 double cheese burgers. But where wrong. I put in the app no mustard and no onions add ketchup. I received no mustard but the took the liberty of adding mayo and the app didn't specify that it came with mayo. I also requested no onion but I got that too. How can I trust the app if it won't be accurate either way.

I had to leave the woman on the inter-com was very rude around 4pm snapping at me âwhen i asked you when you had a mobile code that was the time to say you had one,â âwhatâs taking so long etc.â I work in service with guests all the time & NEVER have dreamed of speaking to people like this i had to leave

The staff here is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! They did not add parts of the order which we paid for. And when I called them they did not know what to do and they so hung up on me without giving me my refund. And when I tried calling back multiple times they never answered!!!!!! THATS THE BARE
