Was in town for a few days for a Law Enforcement gathering out in Forsyth and heard of this restaurant from a few colleagues out in Kennesaw. Was greeted with this warm, Southern welcome from the tall black guy managing the front counter. He stepped from the counter to explain the menu and was very thorough about deals and pricing. Truly helpful. Told me to have a seat and they’d run my food out right to me! He recommended the Newk’s Club. Amazing sandwich! I also got a slice of the strawberry cake. He told me it was to die for lol. I really enjoyed this visit and I will surely be back. This gentleman really made the experience more pleasant. I offered him a cash tip and he told me that I didn’t have to. He enjoy’s what he does. I sure wish his superiors would take notice, if they haven’t already done so. This man is truly an asset to your amazing company.

Extremely sloppy and careless with to-go or uber eats orders. Second time I’ve ordered from this location and there is missing items and/or sloppy pathetic food. For instance, ordered a Newk’s Q with soup - the soup was completely missing and the Newk’s Q has about .025 ounces of chicken, rock hard bread, zero sauce, and a tiny trace of bacon. They would NEVER get away with this if you dined in. I’m tired of restaurants like this one taking advantage of customers and giving sloppy seconds to those that order ahead.

I had placed an online order to the wrong store, and WALKER went out of his way to not only help me cancel this order but also made sure I was refunded. After he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of he sent me a personal text with receipt to make sure I had everything I needed. This is amazing customer service and I hope management see this post because he truly is an employee others should take notes from!!! Thank you WALKER truly amazing!

I’ve tried Newks salads to-go a few times. Twice I’ve received poor quality food. Be sure to inspect your food before leaving the store. My last visit was this evening at 1975 Cobb Parkway, I ordered the green goddess salad. When I got home 5 min after picking it up, the avocado on top of the salad was rotten. The salad was also missing bacon. You will receive a text from Newks asking for your feedback about your order. When you rate your order you’ll receive a canned reply from someone named Adriana stating they find the feedback invaluable and will work to improve. You’ll won’t receive anything on how they will make it right. Nope, they take your money and reply with a bot response.
