Due to the hopefully waning infectious disease situation at this time, spacing is every other table or booth at the closest. Which is perfect.

I order a meal via Postmates and O’Charley’s claims the made my meal twice an the wrong person picked it up. I tried to speak to the manger via the second Postmates driver, after he voiced his frustrations. The manger talked to the driver and told him the meal has been made twice and he refused to make another one. I heard the entire conversation. So no meal for me this Mother's Day. I never received my meal. The system of giving meals to drivers is flawed. I will never order or eat in again.

Very disappointed called for take out order. Someone answered right away. I was placed on hold. They said they would be right back. After waiting 25 minutes you could hear the click on the line and they hung up. I called back and they apparently put the phone system off the hook as all I got was a busy signal.

I visited the O'Charley's in McDonough, GA on 3/28/2020 via their ToGo service and it was not a pleasant experience. On this particular occasion, I ordered a "Full Rack" of ribs, which several months ago meant you got 13-16 ribs and it ran about $20. For me, it feeds 2 people (each of us gets a half). When I got home with my food ($20 cost) I opened the box and thought that they had left half the ribs out by mistake b/c there were 6 ribs total...NOPE...called and the mana

We picked up curbside, which was running 15 minutes later than our scheduled time, but the young lady who was on that position was overwhelmed with orders & getting no help. We ordered the Honey Chicken Family meal which was absolutely delicious & at a great price.
